🌳 Mega Plantation Drive at GGDC Pir Piai, Nowshera 🌳
In line with the vision of a Greener and Sustainable Pakistan, Government Girls Degree College Pir Piai actively participated in the Mega Plantation Drive held on 23rd March 2026 under the directives of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The plantation activity was conducted in collaboration with the District Forest Office, Nowshera, with the aim of promoting environmental awareness and encouraging youth participation in protecting nature.
On this occasion, Principal Ms. Naila Aman, faculty members, and a large number of students enthusiastically participated in planting saplings within the college premises. The students demonstrated great responsibility and commitment towards environmental conservation.
The activity was coordinated by the college Focal Persons Ms. Zeenat (Senior DPE) and Ms. Farzana (Associate Professor, Computer Science).
Such initiatives not only contribute to afforestation and climate resilience, but also help develop a sense of environmental responsibility among the younger generation.
GGDC Pir Piai remains dedicated to supporting initiatives that promote a greener environment, community participation, and sustainable development.

The SLO-based Pre-Board Intermediate Examination is currently in progress at GGDC Pirpai, Nowshera. The examination process was formally inspected by the Principal, Professor Naila Aman, to ensure the maintenance of academic standards and institutional discipline. During her visit, she carefully reviewed the examination arrangements in coordination with the Controller of Examinations Miss Rani Gul to ensure compliance with established procedures.
The Principal commended the collective efforts of the faculty members, invigilators, and supporting staff for their dedication to maintaining transparency and ensuring the smooth conduct of the examination. She expressed her satisfaction with the well-organized environment, the fairness of the assessment process, and the seriousness demonstrated by the students.

Important Notice

Quaid-e-Azam Day was observed at Government Girls Degree College Pirpiai, Nowshera with great respect and enthusiasm to commemorate the birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. The event was organized to highlight his leadership, vision, and services for the creation of Pakistan.
The program began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by the recitation of Naat. After that, a series of speeches was delivered by students, highlighting the life, struggle, and principles of Quaid-e-Azam. A Milli Naghma was also presented, which filled the audience with patriotic spirit.
At the end of the program, the honorable Principal, Madam Naila Aman, delivered an inspiring speech in which she emphasized the teachings of Quaid-e-Azam and encouraged students to follow his principles of unity, faith, and discipline in their lives.
The event concluded on a positive note and proved to be a meaningful and memorable activity for the students.
