Correction Phase has been started & it requires the following fields to be filled:
Date of Admission,
Education System,
Year of Study,
% in Last Exam,
Semester,
Out of CGPA,
CGPA,
HSSC Percentage,
City of Permanent Residence
'Date of Admission': is that on which you took admission to 1st year
(If u don't exactly remember that date, u can ask from ur department's office, they have the records)
'Education System': Annual or Semester
U have to select "Annual" (as our university have Annual System)
'Year of Study': select 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year (in which u r currently studying)
'% in Last Exam': write percentage of ur last year (of which u submitted the marksheet for the scheme)
['Semester', 'Out of CGPA' & 'CGPA' will have no field to be filled when u have selected the 'Annual' system, these fields r only applicable under 'Semester' System only]
'HSSC Percentage': write ur Intermediate's percentage
'City of Permanent Residence': choose ur birth-city (which is mentioned in ur Domicile)
NOTE: Please don’t be hurry while filling profile. Any wrong information with respect to Semester, Year of Study, Date of Admission, Percentage (based on CGPA if applicable) in last exam and any other information as requested; OR failure to produce documentary proof of your stated information at the time of laptop distribution, SHALL LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION STRAIGHTAWAY. This may also disqualify you from any future such schemes for next five years.
