لٽريچر ڇا آهي ؟
ادب مان مراد لکيل ڪم آهن، خاص ڪري جن کي فني يا دانشورانه قدر سمجهيو وڃي ٿو. ان ۾ مختلف صورتون شامل آهن جهڙوڪ ناول، شاعري، ڊراما، مضمون وغيره، خيالن، جذبن ۽ تجربن جو اظهار ٻوليءَ ذريعي. لٽريچر سان وابسته انسان دنيا کي هڪ الڳ اک سان ڏسندو آهي ۔ ڪنهن شاعر لکيو ته لٽريچر واحد رستو آهي حقيقي زندگي ۽ حالتن کي نظرانداز ڪرڻ جو ۔ لٽريچر سان وابسته ماڻهون دنيا جي نظر ۾ هڪ الڳ روح رکندڙ مجسمو آهي ۔

( For teachers and Six to tenth graders)
In our government sectors as well as in private sectors the main focus of the teachers is to bound students to make fair books. In my academic career i saw many students were not attending classes regularly because they don't have fair books.
The question is ' Is it important to having fair book?
Why teachers are not delivering the lecture in the class? Why they are not taking presentations instead of taking same written copy paste fair books from each student? In my point of view Presentations is the best way to improve the confidence level of the students.
I have less experience but i wanna discus some points which may boost up the teaching techniques.
1) Teacher should make the outline of whole course.
2) teach each topic on regular bases number wise.
3) Distribute the month into four parts suppose: its August on the first saturday of August teacher should take ( MCQs test) on the next Saturday ( Assignment) On third Saturday ( Presentation) on the forth Saturday final ( Written test)
Each segment includes 25 marks and at the end of month he/she should announce the result. Through this students will be motivated and encouraged.
4) He must work on the personal development of the students.
5) He must give awareness about how to Apply for onwards scholarships and career opportunities.
6) Students should be known about following applications
Canva
Ms Office
CamScanner
Word to PDF
Grammerly

These are the soft tools to boost up the soft skills of the young souls.
