Today, a training session titled “Training of Education Managers on Planning, Resource Utilization, and Reporting” was organized at PECTAA Narowal under the supervision of the Department of Education.

The session was attended by all administrative authorities, including DEO Elementary (Male & female), Deputy DEO (Male & female), and other concerned officers.

The purpose of this training was to strengthen effective planning, efficient utilization of resources, and transparent reporting mechanisms within educational institutions. Participants received detailed guidance on various topics aimed at improving educational management and ensuring accountability.

Promotion Link Training – Final Day Report

The final day of the Promotion Link Training at PECTA Narowal was held in a very organized and impactful manner. The training, conducted from 26 may to 26 June, aimed to support in their professional development journey.

Key Activities and Summary:

1. Post-Test Conducted:
The most important activity of the final day was the Post-Test, which was conducted via an online link.

2. Closing Ceremony:
A formal closing ceremony was organized to mark the end of the training. The ceremony began with a soulful recitation of the Holy Quran by Mr. Usman Khan, followed by a beautiful Naat (praise of the Prophet ﷺ).

3. Speeches by Guests:
The first address was delivered by Muhamma Ashraf Mughal Principal of PECTA Narowal, who thanked all participants and advised them to focus their attention on each individual child in their schools, as they are the real purpose behind all educational efforts.

4. Chief Guest’s Address:
The Chief Guest, Dr. Mahmood Ahmed Kaawish (Former Principal, PECTA Narowal), offered valuable guidance and heartfelt congratulations to the participants, wishing them a successful and quick promotion in their careers.

5. Words from Assembly & Exercise Incharge:
Mr. Manzoor Chauhan, who conducted daily assemblies and physical exercises during the training, also shared his best wishes and encouraged the participants to keep learning and applying new skills.

6. Certificate Distribution:
At the end of the ceremony, Certificates of Participation were distributed among all attendees. The participants expressed their gratitude to the Principal and the Chief Guest, appreciating the quality and usefulness of the training.

Conclusion & Recommendations:
This training proved to be not only informative but also practically focused. The participants actively engaged in all sessions with interest and enthusiasm. It is expected that the knowledge and skills gained during the training will be implemented effectively in their respective schools.
