The District Magistrate’s notification ( regarding holiday on January 21) is not applicable to The University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir,therefore, all examinations scheduled for tomorrow will be conducted as per notified date sheet.

𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐬

In view of the recent disturbance at the Chella Campus of the University, the following directions are hereby issued. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐭. All Heads of Departments are hereby directed to ensure the smooth, orderly, and timely commencement of the examinations. 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 are advised 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐮𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐬 in this regard and to follow only official notifications issued by the University.
In the event of 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐫𝐮𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 for necessary action.

The terminal examinations be conducted strictly in accordance with the notified date sheet. All Heads of Departments are hereby directed to ensure the smooth, orderly, and timely commencement of the examinations. Students, faculty, and staff are advised not to rely on or circulate unverified information or rumors in this regard and to follow only official notifications issued by the University.

In the event of any obstruction, disruption, or other impediment, the matter shall be reported immediately to the concerned University authority for necessary action.

Days)
All students are informed that the transport timings to reach their respective stops on examination days are as follows. All Students Have to check their related group timing Present on Your Date-sheet. Students are advised to be present at their stops accordingly:

Students must strictly follow the above schedule. Late arrival at stops may result in missing the transport.
