🚦 کیا آپ کے طلبہ واقعی سمجھ رہے ہیں، یا صرف سر ہلا رہے ہیں؟

بہت سے اساتذہ پوچھتے ہیں، "کیا آپ کو سمجھ آ گئی؟" اور بچے جلدی سے سر ہلا دیتے ہیں۔ لیکن ہر بار سر ہلانے کا مطلب سمجھنا نہیں ہوتا۔

اپنی کلاس میں ٹریفک لائٹ حکمتِ عملی** آزمائیں:

🟢 سبز:مجھے سمجھ آ گئی، آگے بڑھیں
🟡 پیلا:مجھے تھوڑی مدد چاہیے
🔴 سرخ:میں الجھن میں ہوں

جب بہت سے کارڈ سرخ ہوں تو سبق کو کسی دوسرے طریقے سے سمجھائیں۔ جب زیادہ تر کارڈ سبز ہوں تو آگے بڑھ جائیں۔ پیلے کارڈ آپ کو بتاتے ہیں کہ کن بچوں کو تھوڑی اضافی مدد چاہیے۔

اس طرح بچے سمجھنے کا دکھاوا کرنے کے بجائے اعتماد سے بتاتے ہیں کہ انہیں مدد چاہیے۔
