Career Counseling Orientation Session

An orientation session on career counseling was held at Muslim Hands Model School, Karka, on April 23, 2026, under the supervision of Program Officer Mr. M. Rafique Kiyani. The session aimed to equip teachers with effective strategies to guide students in their personal and professional development.

The Career Counseling Manual was introduced in detail, highlighting its structure, objectives, and focus on identifying students’ interests, abilities, and future career paths. Emphasis was placed on developing key life skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, self-discipline, and responsibility.

Teachers were guided on implementing student-centered approaches and conducting interactive sessions like “My Interest Wheel” to enhance self-awareness among students. Various teaching methods, including group work and pair activities, were discussed to ensure effective classroom engagement.

The importance of proper planning and utilization of resources was also emphasized. The school principal appreciated the initiative and encouraged teachers to actively support students in making informed career choices based on their strengths and interests.

The session concluded with a strong commitment to implementing the counseling program effectively to help students build skills, awareness, and a clear direction for their future.

1. سیشن کا تعارف
کیریئر کاؤنسلنگ کے حوالے سے ایک اورینٹیشن سیشن پروگرام آفیسر ایم۔ رفیق کیانی کی زیر نگرانی منعقد کیا گیا۔ اس سیشن کا مقصد اساتذہ کو مؤثر طریقے سے طلبہ کی رہنمائی کے لیے تیار کرنا اور ان کی ذاتی و پیشہ ورانہ ترقی کو بہتر بنانا تھا۔
2. کیریئر کاؤنسلنگ مینوئل کا تعارف
سیشن کے آغاز میں مینوئل کا تفصیلی تعارف پیش کیا گیا:
مینوئل کی سمجھ بوجھ: اساتذہ کو مینوئل کی ساخت اور اہمیت سے آگاہ کیا گیا۔
مینوئل کے مقاصد: طلبہ کی دلچسپیوں

Today, Muslim Hands Model School Karka successfully organized a professional development workshop on Student-Centered Leadership Strategies. The session aimed to enhance teaching practices by focusing on student engagement, leadership, and active learning techniques.

Teachers participated enthusiastically, contributing insightful ideas and sharing their classroom experiences. A model lesson was presented to demonstrate the practical application of these strategies, making the session both interactive and impactful.

مسلم ہینڈز اسکول آف ایکسیلینس بالاکوٹ کے طلباء اور اساتذہ نے مظفرآباد کا ایک تعلیمی و معلوماتی دورہ کیا۔ اس موقع پر ایریا منیجر مسلم ہینڈز جناب عتیق احمد کیانی، پرنسپل مسلم ھینڈز ماڈل سکول کارکہ نوکوٹ مظفرآباد جناب آفتاب حسین چشتی نے وفد کو المصطفی کمپلیکس میں جاری مختلف منصوبوں کا تفصیلی دورہ کروایا اور مسلم ہینڈز کے زیر اہتمام چلنے والے تعلیمی، فلاحی اور سماجی منصوبوں کے بارے میں آگاہ کیا۔ طلباء نے ان سرگرمیوں کو قریب سے دیکھ کر گہری دلچسپی اور خوشی کا اظہار کیا۔

بعد ازاں وفد کو جامع مسجد مرکزی عیدگاہ اور لال قلعہ مظفرآباد لے جایا گیا، جہاں جناب عتیق احمد کیانی نے تاریخی و ثقافتی اہمیت کے بارے میں طلباء کو تفصیلی معلومات فراہم کیں۔

یہ دورہ طلباء کے لیے نہ صرف معلوماتی ثابت ہوا بلکہ انہیں تاریخ، ثقافت اور سماجی خدمت کے حوالے سے قیمتی علم حاصل کرنے کا موقع بھی ملا۔
