وائس چانسلر کوہسار یونیورسٹی، مری پروفیسر ڈاکٹر سید حبیب بخاری نے 25 دسمبر یوم قائد کے موقع پر قائداعظم محمد علی جناح کی پاکستان کے لیے کاوشوں کا ذکر کرتے ہوئے کہا قائداعظم محمد علی جناح نے آزادی کی جدوجہد میں نہایت اہم کردار ادا کیا اور اپنی رہنمائی کے لیے تین اصول وضع کیے: اتحاد، تنظیم، اور یقینِ محکم۔ یہ اصول نہ صرف قوم کی تعمیر کے لیے مشعلِ راہ ہیں بلکہ نوجوانوں کے لیے خاص طور پر رہنمائی کا ذریعہ بھی ہیں۔
قائداعظم کا خواب ایک ایسی قوم کی تشکیل تھا جو علم و آگہی کے ذریعے ترقی کرے اور دنیا کی ایک بڑی طاقت بنے۔ انہوں نے ہمیشہ نوجوانوں پر زور دیا کہ وہ تعلیم کو اپنی اولین ترجیح بنائیں اور اپنی توانائیوں کو مثبت اور تعمیری سرگرمیوں میں صرف کریں۔ قائداعظم کے مطابق، نوجوان ہی قوم کا مستقبل ہیں اور وہی اپنی صلاحیتوں اور محنت کے ذریعے پاکستان کو ترقی کی بلندیوں تک پہنچا سکتے ہیں۔
نوجوانوں کے لیے قائداعظم کا پیغام تھا کہ وہ اپنے کردار کو مضبوط کریں، اتحاد کو فروغ دیں، اور یقینِ محکم کے ساتھ اپنی ذمہ داریوں کو ادا کریں تاکہ پاکستان ایک مضبوط، خوشحال اور خودمختار ملک بن سکے۔
قائداعظم کا خواب تھا کہ قوم کو ایک عظیم طاقت بنایا جائے، اور اس مقصد کے لیے انہوں نے نوجوانوں کو تعلیم کے ذریعے بامعنی اور تعمیری سرگرمیوں میں مشغول کرنے پر زور دیا۔ ان کے نزدیک تعلیم ہی وہ ذریعہ ہے جو نوجوانوں کو مضبوط کردار، علم، اور ترقی کے راستے پر گامزن کر سکتی ہے تاکہ وہ قوم کی تعمیر میں نمایاں کردار ادا کریں اور ملک کو دنیا کی صف اول کی طاقتوں میں شامل کریں۔

بنایا عشق نے دریائے ناپیدا کراں مجھ کو
یہ میری خود نِگہداری مرا ساحل نہ بن جائے
کہیں اس عالمِ بے رنگ و بُو میں بھی طلب میری
وہی افسانۂ دُنبالۂ محمل نہ بن جائے
عروجِ آدمِ خاکی سے انجم سہمے جاتے ہیں

Department of "Mass Communication & Media Studies" Kohsar University Murree in collaboration with "Arts & Design Department" Kohsar University, Murree organized a session on short films focused on climate change. The guest speakers for this session were:
- Khalid Hasan Khan, Producer, Screenwriter, and Filmmaker from Outfielders Films
- Ali Aazaz Gilani, Casting Director and Focal Person
- Zain Pirzada, Unit Production Manager
During the session, Khalid Hasan Khan delivered a lecture on production levels and filmmaking.
World News Day is celebrated annually on September 28 to highlight the crucial role journalists play in providing trustworthy news and information that serves citizens and democracy. This global initiative is presented by the World Editors Forum, The Canadian Journalism Foundation, and Daily Maverick's Project Kontinuum.
The day aims to draw public attention to the importance of quality journalism in promoting transparency,accountabilityand informed decision-making. It's also a tribute to journalists who risk their lives to bring us the truth.
This Year's Theme
The 2024 campaign is themed "Choose Truth" emphasizing the need for accurate and reliable information in today's digital age.
