Honoured to have participated in the 5th National Labour Conference on Decent Work and Just Transition in Islamabad.
This experience reminded me that behind every discussion on climate, development, and economic growth are real workers whose dignity, rights, and wellbeing must remain at the centre.
I return with new knowledge, meaningful connections, and an even stronger commitment to stand with workers—especially those in the informal sector.

Sometimes, hope arrives on four wheels. ♿🦽♿️

A few weeks ago, I met four children from different villages in District Naseerabad. Their biggest challenge wasn’t their dreams, it was the lack of mobility. Their families had been carrying them with patience, resilience, and endless prayers, hoping that one day life would become a little easier.

Today, that hope became a reality.

With the generous support of our donors and well-wishers, these four children have received wheelchairs that will help them move with greater independence, dignity, and confidence. Seeing the smiles on their faces and the happiness in their parents’ eyes was a powerful reminder that even a small act of kindness can transform a family’s future.

My heartfelt gratitude to Baji Fouzia Loni for leading and supporting this initiative, and to every individual who contributed to making this possible. May Allah bless you all for bringing hope to these children and their families.

This is only the first phase of our journey. Many more differently abled children in rural communities are still waiting for the support they deserve.

📌 From the Archives | AI Awareness Session

Technology becomes truly meaningful when it empowers people with knowledge and opportunity.

Alhamdulillah, I had the privilege of conducting my second AI Awareness Session as an Urdu AI Dost at Usmania Institute of Information Technology, where 43 students and 3 teachers participated.

The session aimed to introduce Artificial Intelligence (AI) in simple and accessible Urdu, enabling participants to understand how AI can support education, research, creativity, and everyday productivity.

During the session, we explored:
🔹 Introduction to Artificial Intelligence and how it works
🔹 The role of AI in education, research, and freelancing
🔹 Fundamentals of Prompt Engineering
🔹 Ethical and responsible use of AI

Participants were introduced to practical AI tools, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, NotebookLM, Canva, Ideogram, DeepSeek, Perplexity, Suno, and other emerging technologies.

The hands-on activities allowed students to use their mobile phones and computers to generate research content, assignments, images, and other learning materials, making the session highly interactive and practical.

The enthusiasm and active participation of both students and teachers were truly inspiring. Sessions like these are helping prepare young people with the digital skills needed to thrive in an AI-driven future while promoting inclusive access to technology.

Every session is another step toward building digitally empowered and AI-ready communities.

📌 From the Archives | February 2026

🌸 Empowering young women with digital knowledge is one of the most meaningful investments we can make in the future.

Alhamdulillah, I had the privilege of conducting my first AI Awareness Session as an Urdu AI Dost at Government Girls Degree College Naseerabad, where 42 talented young women participated.

The purpose of this session was to introduce Artificial Intelligence (AI) in simple and accessible Urdu, ensuring that language never becomes a barrier to learning emerging technologies.

During the session, participants explored:
🔹 The fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence
🔹 Prompt Engineering
🔹 Practical applications of AI in education and everyday life
🔹 Hands-on use of tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and other AI platforms

Although access to smartphones was limited, the enthusiasm, curiosity, and determination of these students demonstrated that talent is not defined by resources. With the right opportunities and guidance, young women from every community can confidently embrace the digital future.

As an Urdu AI Dost, my mission is not only to introduce AI tools but also to create opportunities where students—especially young women—can develop the confidence and digital skills needed to learn, grow, and lead in an AI-driven world.

Every empowered learner brings us one step closer to a more inclusive and digitally connected future.

📌 From the Archives | February 2026

Every journey of impact begins with a willingness to learn.

In February 2026, I had the privilege of attending the 3-day Urdu AI Dost Training in Karachi, where I officially became an Urdu AI Dost.

During this transformative training, I learned the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, prompt engineering, ethical AI practices, and practical ways to use AI for education, research, productivity, and community development. What inspired me most was the mission to make AI education accessible in Urdu, ensuring that language is never a barrier to innovation.

I am sincerely grateful to Qaisar Roonjha and the WANG team for organizing such a meaningful initiative and empowering participants from across Pakistan.

This training became the foundation of my AI journey. Since then, I have been committed to conducting AI awareness and capacity-building sessions for students, teachers, health workers, government officials, women, and rural communities—working toward a more inclusive and digitally empowered Pakistan.

This was not just a training; it was the beginning of a mission.
