Parents Teacher Meeting !!!

Regular parent-teacher meetings provide an opportunity for parents and teachers to discuss the child's progress, strengths, and areas for improvement on an individual basis. This exchange of information helps in creating a more holistic understanding of the child's educational journey. By working together, parents and teachers can identify solutions and strategies to support the child's growth and development.

A Parent Teacher Meeting was held at La Salle Multan on May 11, 2024. The classes were beautifully arranged and the parents were invited to engage in meaningful discussions about their child's learning journey, while the teachers provided them updates on their child’s academic performance and classroom behavior.

The parents were very satisfied with the teachers and the school and promised to give more time to their child and stay in contact with the teachers for a regular feedback.

In the Honor of Christian Leaders of Multan!!

Yesterday, there was a program organized for Christian leaders of the Multan zone by MNA Mr. Naveed Amir to congratulate Mr. Yousaf Raza Gillani (Chairman of the Senate). Where His Excellency Bishop Yousaf Sohan (Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Multan) and Rev. Br. Qumar Iqbal ( Principal) La Salle Higher Secondary School participated in the program with other Minority leaders. Some other politicians also participated in this program.

Rev. Br. Qumar Iqbal Principal La Salle Higher Secondary School Multan congratulated Mr. Yousaf Raza Gillani Chairman Senate and an Old Student of La Salle, Multan (Matric year 1969) at Ramada on 12th May 2024.

WELCOME SESSION OF LA SALLE COLLEGE BOYS & GIRLS of 1ST YEAR 2024 !!!

On 09.05.2024, Br. Qumar Iqbal (Principal) La Salle Higher Secondary School Multan addressed the 1st-year students of La Salle College (Boys & Girls) in the Colin Hall, regarding their academic journey and the expectations bestowed upon them for the upcoming academic year.

He welcomed the students and gave them a brief introduction of the La Salle School College. He emphasized on the importance of transitioning into higher education and the opportunities it would present.
He encouraged students to take ownership of their learning and seek help when needed. He stressed upon the importance of mutual respect, cooperation, and adherence to school/institution rules and regulations.
He informed the students about the support services such as counseling, academic advising, and extracurricular activities which will be provided to them for their holistic development.

The principal's talk with the 1st-year students served as a motivational and informative session, setting the tone for a successful academic year ahead.

Once a La Sallian, always a La Sallian !!!

Lasallian Student Leaders Formation Seminar 2024 was held at the Collin Hall of La Salle Higher Secondary School on May 8,2024. It was attended by the students of La Salle Higher Secondary School Multan , St.Solomon's Elementary School and Alban's Boys/Girls High School Multan . The main speakers of the program were Br. Jabran Bhatti FSC, Br.Zafar Iqbal FSC and Br. Robin Mughal FSC.
In this seminar the students were given presentations on the life of St. John Baptist De Lasalle, Servant Leadership and Tools for the Journey.
Through these sessions the students were made aware of the challenges St. John Baptist De Lassalle had to face while he was working to let the poor children get educated free of cost. He devoted his life to the education and spiritual formation of young people, laying the groundwork for what would become a worldwide network of La Sallian schools.

The students also learnt that as leaders they have to humble themselves and be of service to the others. The key principles of Servant Leadership are Active Listening, Empathy, Healing, Growth, Satisfaction, Performance and Loyalty.

The students came to know that the Tools for Journey to be a leader are: To have authentic faith, Start new initiatives, Public Speaking, Time management and Continuous Learning.

There was an interactive session in which the students wrote the qualities of the leader. Later there was a Question Answer session in which the students participated actively.
The Seminar ended with a feedback session in which the students thanked the speakers for giving them a wealth of knowledge and making them more aware of their responsibilities as a leader.
At the end of the program refreshment was served to the students.

As Martin Luther King, Jr. said “All labor that uplifts humanity has dignity and importance and should be undertaken with painstaking excellence”.
To honor the efforts of the Support staff of La Salle Higher Secondary School Multan a program was organized on 04.05.2024 which was attended by all the workers, their supervisor, and the leadership and admin teams. The program was graced by the presence of Br. Qumar Iqbal, Principal of the school.
The program started with a short prayer led by Mr. John for the blessings of all the workers and the institution. A short speech was delivered by Mr. Saleem Gohar regarding Labour Day, its importance, and the role of workers. A poem was also read by Ms. Saima in the honor of the workers.
All the sections expressed their love for the Support staff by presenting gifts to the workers of their sections.
The honorable Br. Principal also presented cartons of ration to all the workers on this special occasion and delivered a speech in which he encouraged all the workers, and honored their untiring services for the institution.
The program ended with a festive lunch.
