Alhamdulillah! A Proud Achievement for BZU 🌟

The All-Multan Universities Competition was held at Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Agriculture, Multan, with universities from across Multan participating in Naat, Qira’at, and Quiz competitions.

Students of the Qira’at & Naat Society, Bahauddin Zakariya University, participated under the supervision of the Directorate of Student Affairs (DSA), BZU, and represented the university with great enthusiasm and dedication.

🌟 *UFree on Perfect Pitch :A National Entrepreneurship Competition* 🌟

Assalam-o-Alaikum!

Today, I want to share one part of my journey connected with the Institute of Chemical Sciences.

I am Aayema Syed, MSc Gold Medalist (2022) and ZACHO Gold Medalist (2024).

During my MPhil, I developed a project at ORIC under the Regional Plan9 initiative, which eventually led to the registration of UFree ,a disposable urine bag designed to provide a hygienic, convenient, and dignified solution when access to a toilet is difficult or unavailable.

The journey of UFree has been shaped tremendously by continuous mentorship.

I am especially grateful to *Prof. Dr. Najam ul Haq and Dr. Fahmida Jabeen* , who stood with me throughout every phase of the UFree journey. From their guidance, motivation, encouragement, constructive feedback, and belief in my potential remained a constant source of strength.

UFree has participated in 13 competitions, including Perfect Pitch, achieving 11 wins and 2 runner-up positions. 🏆🥈

I am deeply thankful to *Allah Almighty, Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ* , my family, especially my Husband, and all my respected teachers at the Institute of Chemical Sciences. Every achievement is connected to the people who guided, supported, encouraged, and believed in me along the way.

Perfect Pitch is being presented as a joint initiative involving the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, HEC, and HUM News, providing a platform for Pakistani entrepreneurs and innovators to showcase their ideas.
