پاکستان کے آئندہ وفاقی اور صوبائی بجٹ میں نوجوانوں کو ترقی کا محور بنایا جانا چاہیے۔ تعلیم کے بجٹ میں خاطر خواہ اضافہ کرتے ہوئے جامعات کو جدید تحقیق، ہنر مندی اور روزگار سے منسلک پروگراموں کے لیے مزید بااختیار بنایا جائے۔ یونیورسٹیوں میں جاب پلیسمنٹ اور کیریئر ڈویلپمنٹ سینٹرز کے قیام و استحکام کے لیے خصوصی فنڈز مختص کیے جائیں تاکہ گریجویٹس کو بہتر روزگار کے مواقع میسر آ سکیں۔ مہنگائی کے پیش نظر سرکاری ملازمین کی تنخواہوں اور پنشن میں مناسب اضافہ وقت کی اہم ضرورت ہے۔ نوجوان کاروباری افراد، زرعی شعبے، آئی ٹی، فری لانسنگ اور چھوٹے و درمیانے درجے کے کاروباروں کے لیے سبسڈی، آسان قرضوں اور ٹیکس مراعات کا اعلان کیا جانا چاہیے۔ اسی طرح صنعتی شعبے کی توسیع اور مقامی پیداوار کے فروغ کے ذریعے روزگار کے نئے مواقع پیدا کیے جائیں تاکہ پاکستان پائیدار معاشی ترقی کی راہ پر گامزن ہو سکے۔"

*28th May – Youm-e-Takbeer | A Day of Pride and Resolve*

On this historic day, the Department of Business and Public Administration, Emerson University Multan, joins the entire nation in commemorating *Youm-e-Takbeer*.

28th May 1998 marked a defining moment in Pakistan’s history when our country successfully conducted nuclear tests at Chagai, Balochistan. With the echoes of _“Allahu Akbar”_ resounding across the mountains, Pakistan emerged as the first Muslim nuclear power and the seventh in the world. This achievement was not just a display of technological strength, but a declaration of national resolve, unity, and the unwavering commitment to safeguarding our sovereignty.

For us as students, faculty, and future leaders in public administration and business, Youm-e-Takbeer carries a deeper message. It reminds us that progress is achieved through vision, discipline, perseverance, and collective effort. Just as our scientists, engineers, and policymakers worked together with a single national purpose, we too must channel our energy toward building a stronger, self-reliant, and prosperous Pakistan.

In the fields of management, governance, and public service, our role is to uphold integrity, innovation, and responsibility. The spirit of Youm-e-Takbeer inspires us to think beyond personal gain and contribute meaningfully to society. It teaches us that challenges can be overcome when a nation stands united under one flag, with one vision.

Today, we pay tribute to the leadership, scientists, and armed forces whose dedication made this milestone possible. We also reaffirm our pledge to serve our country with honesty, competence, and patriotism.

May this day renew our sense of purpose and remind every student of DBPA that leadership begins with responsibility, and nation-building begins with character.
