Seminar on "Feminine Hygiene & Health"

A meaningful and informative seminar on Feminine Hygiene & Health was conducted at FAST NUCES Multan Campus by Dr. Areeba Sundas.

The session witnessed active participation from female faculty, staff, and students, creating a comfortable and engaging space to discuss important aspects of hygiene, wellness, and overall health awareness.

The seminar aimed to promote awareness, education, and self-care practices, empowering women with essential knowledge for a healthier lifestyle.

A delegation from FAST NUCES Multan Campus proudly participated in SOFTEC ’26, held from 17th to 19th April at FAST NUCES Lahore Campus.

A total of 36 students represented the campus, actively competing in the AI Hackathon and Programming Competition, where they demonstrated technical skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. As the 30th edition of SOFTEC, the event reflects a legacy spanning three decades of promoting innovation, creativity, and technological advancement.

The participation provided students with meaningful exposure to a competitive environment, opportunities to engage with peers from across campuses, and insights into emerging trends in technology. Such academic and co-curricular engagements play a vital role in strengthening inter-campus relationships and pave the way for future collaborations, knowledge exchange, and continued growth.

The 2nd session conducted by Rescue 1122 at FAST NUCES Multan Campus was an insightful and impactful experience for students, aimed at promoting awareness, preparedness, and life-saving skills.

During the session, trained professionals from Rescue 1122 engaged students in practical demonstrations and interactive discussions on emergency response techniques, including first aid, fire safety, and disaster management. The session not only enhanced students’ understanding of how to respond effectively in critical situations but also emphasized the importance of civic responsibility and community service.
