ICDL Foundation is the entity responsible for establishing and maintaining the standards of the ICDL Certification. It oversees the curriculum, assessment criteria, and the global framework of the program. As the owner of ICDL, it is the organization with which BZU is signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). A delegation from ICDL Foundation visited the Multan College of Arts exhibition, Expressions 2025, where they highly appreciated the displayed artworks.
