PhD, University of Oxford
Research Fellow, Yusuf Hamied Department of Chemistry, University of Cambridge, UK
Dr. Abdullah Khan is a distinguished early-career researcher working at the forefront of framework materials and electrochemical CO₂ capture. His scholarly contributions include a recently published article in the Journal of the American Chemical Society (JACS). Notably, the manuscript was handled by Prof. Dr. M. Omar Yaghi, Nobel Laureate 2025, globally recognized for pioneering research in Metal–Organic Frameworks (MOFs). Dr. Khan’s work exemplifies rigorous scientific advancement and aligns with global efforts toward sustainable carbon management.

Seminar on “Teaching and Learning Physics in the Age of AI” Held at Institute of Physics, BZU Multan
A seminar titled "Teaching and Learning Physics in the Age of AI" was organized at the Institute of Physics, Bahauddin Zakariya University.

Wing Commander (Rtd.) Dr. Athar Kharal was the guest speaker of the event. He discussed the basic concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and explained how students can use AI as a helpful tool in their studies and daily tasks. Dr. Kharal also compared different AI models and answered various questions from the audience at the end of his talk.
In the concluding session, Prof. Dr. Javed Ahmad, Dean, Faculty of Science, highlighted the efforts of the Institute of Physics for arranging such an informative event. He announced that the institute will continue to organize regular seminars and talks to keep students updated with modern technologies and new ideas.

Congratulations to our brilliant student from Institute of Physics on achieving such a wonderful milestone. She got 13th position in CSS.
