My dear friend and my senior Dr. Ashfaq Muhammad just passed away due to Covid-19!
He was doing Postdoc in Incheon National University of South Korea, Recently came to visit family in Pakistan.
We just finished talks on few weeks before for meeting and current Research work.

آپ کو ایک ریکمنڈیشن لیٹر سائن کرتے کم سے کم ہفتہ لگ جاتا ہے جسکا فارمیٹ پہلے سے تیار ہوتا ہے۔ آپ کیا انجینئرزکے لئے سسٹم میں ریفارمز لائیں گے ۔آپ سے آپکا ایک سیکریٹری ٹھیک نہیں ہو سکتا جو آپ سے بھی بڑا HOD بنا پھرتا ہے۔جو با ت بات پر سٹوڈنٹ سے بدتمیزی کرتا ہے اِس کے رویہ کو آپ ٹھیک نہیں کر سکتے اپ کیا اُکھاڑ لیں گے اس فرسودہ نظام کا؟؟ ڈاکٹر صاحب آپ کو HOD بنے کتنے سال ہو گئے کوئی ایک کام بتا دیں جو انجینئرز کے careers کیلئے کیا ہو۔سب انجینئرز کو چھوڑیں اپنے ادارے کے ہر سال گریجویٹ ہونے والے 120 انجینئرزکے لئے کچھ کیا ہو؟؟؟
جب آپ 120 انجینیئرز کے لیے کچھ نہیں کر سکتے پورے ایک سال میں پھر اپ ہزاروں انجینئرز کی 3 سال میں قسمت بدلنے کیسے نکل پڑے حیرانگی ہو رہی مجھے تو۔

اور کچھ نہیں کوئی ایک IDEA دیا ہو آج تک؟؟؟؟

آپ کیسے ووٹ کی اُمید رکھتے ہیں اُن بچوں سے جنکو اپ کے فیکلٹی ممبران نے آپکی آنکھوں کے سامنے پورے 4 سال torture kia ناجائز سپلیاں دی اور اُنکی زندگیوں سے کھیلے اور ایک طالب علم نے خود کشی بھی کی۔

کا کنٹریکٹ لینے والا آپکا فیکلٹی ممبر سٹوڈنٹس سے پراٹھے لگواتا تھا سالن چائے اٹا گوندوانا ایک یونیورسٹی سٹوڈنٹ سے،
کتنی بے شرمی کی بات ہے۔

ان سب سے بڑھ کر یہ بات حیران و پریشان کر رہی کہ آپ خاموش رہے اور کوئی ایکشن نہیں لے سکے۔

اور اب آپ بڑے بڑے جھوٹے دعوے کر رہے ہیں ووٹ کی خاطر۔اور اقتدار کی خاطر آپ انجینیئرز کی feelings sy کھیل رہے ہیں صرف 25 دن کی انٹرنشپ کا لولی پاپ دے کر۔جناب کی رہنمائی کیلیے بتاتا چلوں اب انجنیئرز اپنے اچھے برُے کی شناخت رکھتے ہیں اور اپنے اوپر ہونے والے ہر ظلم کا بدلہ pec election میں ضرور لیں گے۔ اور کسی ایسے competent اُمیدوار کو elect کریں گے جو ظالموں اور کرپٹ لوگوں کا ساتھ نہ دے۔
