ملتان(-) ویمن یونیورسٹی ملتان انسٹی ٹیوٹشنل پرفارمنس ایویلیشن مکمل ہوگئی ،کمیٹی نے رپورٹ مرتب کرلی ،ترجمان کے مطابق ویمن یونیورسٹی کے مختلف شعبوں کی کارکردگی کو جانچنے کےلئے ایچ ای سی کی ہدایت پر انسٹی ٹیوٹشنل پرفارمنس ایویلیشن کا عمل مکمل ہوگیا تین رکنی کمیٹی جس سربراہ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر انجینئر عامر اعجاز تھے جبکہ ممبران میں ڈائریکٹر کوالٹی انہاسمنٹ زکریا یونیورسٹی ڈاکٹر محمد فاروق ، اور ڈائریکٹر این ایف سی انسٹی ٹیوٹ ڈاکٹر عمران طاہر شامل تھے نے دو دن تمام ریکارڈ کا جائزہ لیا انہوں نے کلاس رومز میں اساتذہ کی تدریس کو بھی مانیٹر کیا اور زیر تعمیر پراجیکٹ کو بھی وزٹ کیا بعد ازں وائس چانسلر ڈاکٹر عظمیٰ قریشی نے بریفنگ دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ ویمن یونیورسٹی نے بہت مختصر وقت میں اپنی چیزوں کو سٹریم لائم کیا ہے ہماری سٹیچوز منظور ہوچکے ہیں ایچ ای سی ہدایات ک مطابق کلاسز کو بھی تیار کیا جارہا ہے ، ترقیاتی پراجیکٹس بھی جاری ہیں ہماری ریسرچ کا معیار روز بروز بہتر ہورہا ہے ہم نے ریکارڈ ٹائم میں 30سے زائد پی ایچ ڈی سکالر پاس آوٹ کئے ہیں ترقی کا یہ عمل جاری رہے گا ، اس موقع پر ٹیم ممبران کا کہناتھا کہ ایچ ای سی کے مقررہ کردہ 11انڈیکٹرز کے مطابق ویمن یونیوسٹی کو پرکھنے کی کوشش کی ہے اور رپورٹ تیار کی ہے ویمن یونیورسٹی انتظامیہ نے بہت کم وقت میں اچھا کام کیا ہے یہ نئی یونیورسٹی ہے مگر وائس چانسلر نے بہت تیزی سے بہتر کام کئےہیں ان کی آئینی باڈیزکے اجلاس تواتر سے ہورہے ہیں جو خوش آئند ہیں اور یونیورسٹی کے مستقبل کےلئے اچھا شگون ہے اس موقع پر رجسٹرار ڈاکٹر قمر رباب ،ڈاکٹر سارہ مصدق اور ڈاکٹر رائمہ نظر بھی موجود تھیں۔

Multan (.) In the Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2022, which is considered to be the most authoritative in the world, the Women University Multan has been declared as the third number among the women's universities in P**istan. The world's most authoritative Times Higher Education "Impact Ranking 2022" has been released in Stockholm, Sweden. The Women University Multan has also achieved another milestone under the dynamic leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Uzma Quraishi the Women University Multan has participated in 17 SDG targets of the United Nations and is ranked third among other international women's universities in the world. It should be noted that these fruits are the result of the practical steps of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Uzma Quraishi, whose far-reaching effects will become even more pronounced in the years to come. VC Prof Dr. Uzma Quraishi said that there is ample evidence, that our research is being recognized globally, and our teaching methods are being praised. We will strive to further improve our performance in the future. Vice Chancellor Prof Dr. Uzma Quraishi appreciated the efforts of Quality Enhancement Cell and other teaching and administrative departments of the University.

"Women University Multan hosted 3rd Convocation at Matital campus"

Multan (-) Gold Medals and degrees were distributed to 1768 female students in the 3rd Convocation of the Women University Multan. Due to the busy schedule, the Governor Chancellor he had delegated the power of awarding degrees to the Vice Chancellor , The Women University Multan. At the convocation, degrees were conferred for the first time to 8 PhD scholars of the university including Dr. Sadia Bashir, Dr. Sana Riaz, Dr. Nazia Suleiman, Dr. Mamoona Yaseem, Dr. Fatima Ali, Dr. Hira Ali, Dr. Uzma Siddique, and Dr. Sonia Iqbal while 64 students were awarded gold medals, and grand total of 1768 degrees were distributed among the graduates at convocation. The chief guest of the ceremony, was Mrs. Zahid Sarfraz, Commissioner FBR, Multan . Addressing the event Mrs. Zahida Sarfraz said that convocation is a golden day in one's life. This day is meant for fulfilling the dream that people here have seem for last few years that there should be a higher education institution for women in South Punjab. The government is looking at education sector as a top priority. The government is trying to provide every possible facilities , equipping the educational institutions with modern requirements. We are very fortunate that the knowledge for which our students had to go to another city is now available in their own city under one roof, due to establishment of Women University Multan. But still we have to struggle a lot, the destination is still far away, but the paths has become clear now. She said that path of development is the path of knowledge, our country is currently surrounded by international conspiracies here and there. P**istan is developing economically due to the project of CPEC. It is sharing a friendly and cohesive relationship with China. It is now moving forward despite the conspiracies of its opponents, but P**istan is on the path of development. This project will prove to be our economic backbone in the years to come. The most important condition for the operation is to be peaceful. In the terror-hit country, the intentions of the enemies have now been thwarted with the help of P**istan Army and other agencies and this performance of our Pak army has been recognized internationally, she said. She has also given a blueprint for research and other projects in colleges and universities due to which Quality Education is progressing rapidly. She said Punjab is the only province in the country where the governance is playing it's role and duties successful, she added. Also administrative services and other services are being provided and hopefully this will continue in the future as well. Earlier, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Uzma Quraishi said that in a short span of time the University has been equipped with modern requirements. The university is declared as world class, because we have successfully tested smart classrooms during COVID-19 which is why we continue our teaching activities. There are currently 27 such teachers in our faculty. Nine are HEC approved PhD supervisors. We are forming a Council of Students for Curriculum Activities. We have organized 160 seminars for character building. Considering our performance, HEC has approved our PC one, while Punjab Government has also released funds of Rs. 200 million for various projects. In university new labs and blocks will be established too. At the end Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Uzma Quraishi distributed souvenirs among the alumni of the college including Ms. Huma Naseeb (SSP)and Ms. Noivera Fahad. The ceremony was attended by Mrs. Ehtsham (Secretary education South Punjab) , Chairman Board Multan, Dr. Imran Sharif, faculty members and administrative staff.
