A Memorable Evening at Lal Haveli
A graceful dinner was hosted by Allama Farooq Khan Saeedi, an eminent scholar and a great speaker, at the iconic Lal Haveli, South Punjab. This special gathering was organized to warmly welcome Hafiz Muhammad Mutahir, a young PhD scholar from Oxford University, UK.
The evening was further graced by the presence of anchor Mr. Hamid Ali Saeedi, Dr. Saddam Hussain Qureshi (Department of Statistics, Emerson University),
and Mr. Ameen, CEO of Lal Haveli.
It was a night filled with meaningful conversations, intellectual exchange, and heartfelt hospitality.

The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Emerson University, Multan, hosted a seminar titled “Different Formulations of Optimization Problems with Applications in Neural Networks.” The event featured the outstanding contributions of Dr. Saddam Hussain Qurashi and Hafiz Mutahir Hussain Qurashi, whose roles made the seminar truly memorable.
Dr. Saddam Hussain Qurashi served as the stage secretary, conducting the proceedings with great professionalism and confidence. His composed presence and effective coordination reflected his commitment to academic excellence.
The seminar began with a soulful Naat recitation by Hafiz Mutahir Hussain Qurashi, a UK-based scholar. His spiritually uplifting recitation deeply touched the audience and set a respectful tone for the event.
Both individuals brought great value to the seminar—one through scholarly leadership, the other through spiritual enrichment—leaving a lasting impact on all attendees
