📢 How to Apply for a Learner Driving License Online Through the Dastak Website/App
⏱️ Complete Process: 2–3 Minutes
💰 Total Fee: Rs. 515 ❤️🤌🏻
The Learner Driving License fee is Rs. 500, while the government tax is Rs. 15, making the total payable amount Rs. 515.
There is no separate application fee. The complete application process takes approximately 2–3 minutes, and the Learner Driving License is generated instantly after successful payment. You can download it immediately as a PDF, save it on your mobile phone, and print it in color if required.
📝 Step 1: Create an Account
Sign up using your original details, including:
• CNIC Number
• Mobile Number
• Email Address
• Password

🔐 Step 2: Log In
Log in to your Dastak account using your CNIC or email address and password.

🚘 Step 3: Select the License Service
Choose the required service:
✅ Learner Driving License (Self-Service)
• Regular Driving License
• License Renewal
• Duplicate License
• International Driving License
📋 Step 4: Fill Out the Application Form
Enter all the required information accurately, including:
• Personal Details
• Date of Birth
Minimum age required: 18 years
• Address
• Vehicle Category
• Emergency Contact
• Other requested information
📸 Step 5: Upload Required Documents
Upload clear scanned copies/photos of the required documents:
• Front & Back of CNIC
• Passport-size Photograph

✅ Step 6: Submit the Application
Review all the information carefully and submit your application.
🧾 Step 7: Generate the PSID/Challan
After submitting the application, the system will automatically generate a PSID (Challan Number) for fee payment.
💳 Step 8: Pay the Challan Fee
Pay the generated challan using any supported payment method, such as:
JazzCash:
Open the JazzCash app → Government Payments → select Government Payments → choose GoPb – Government of Punjab → enter your Learner Fee Challan Number.
Your details will appear. Verify them and pay the Rs. 515 fee.
Easypaisa:
Open the Easypaisa app → Bill Payment → Government Fees → select Punjab e-Challan → enter your Learner Fee Challan Number.
Your details will appear. Verify them and pay the Rs. 515 fee.
Other available methods may include:

• ATM
📥 Step 9: Payment Verification & Download License
Once the challan has been successfully paid, your Learner Driving License is generated immediately.
You can then:
1. Open the Dastak Website/App
2. Go to Track Application
3. Enter your CNIC
4. Download your Learner Driving License
⚠️ Important Note
You can complete the entire process through the Dastak website. However, in some cases, the Track Application section may show an error and your Learner Driving License may not appear.
If this happens:
➡️ Complete the application through the Dastak website
➡️ Make the required payment
➡️ Open the Dastak App
➡️ Go to Track Application
➡️ Enter your CNIC
➡️ Download your Learner Driving License
🆕 What to Do After Getting the Learner License?
First, apply for and obtain your Learner Driving License. Once it is issued, you will be eligible to take the driving test.
After a few days, visit your nearest driving test center and take the test.
✅ If you pass the test, your Regular Driving License will be issued.
💰 The Regular Driving License fee is separate and is usually around PKR 2,500+ for 5 years validity.
🏍️ In most cases, a motorcycle driving test is not required.
