Mst. Zahida Batool DPI(SE) South Punjab Multan visited GMES 16/M and GHSS Qutabpur District Lodhran regarding the ongoing SBA Examination. The exam centers were running smoothly with all necessary facilities in place. The arrangements were found satisfactory and the deputed staff was performing their duties responsibly.
She also visited GGES 370/WB for a general inspection. Educational activities were observed in progress and students were actively engaged in learning. Summer tasks had been assigned to the students to ensure continuity of learning during the vacation period. The Headteacher and staff were found dedicated and committed to improving the educational standards of the institution.

مورخہ 12 مئی 2026 بروز منگل اسپیشل سیکرٹری سکول ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ ساؤتھ پنجاب کی ہدایت کیمطابق گورنمنٹ گرلز کمپری ہنسیو ہائیر سیکنڈری اسکول ملتان میں ڈی پی آئی (سیکنڈری) ساؤتھ پنجاب (فوکل پرسن CBS ساؤتھ پنجاب) و نیب ملتان کے اشتراک سے تقریری و تحریری مقابلہ جات و ڈرائنگ ایکٹیویٹی کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔
اس پروگرام میں *“بد عنوانی کے خلاف جنگ”* کے موضوع پر اردو تقریر، انگریزی تقریر، آرٹ و پینٹنگ، مضمون نویسی اور ٹیبلو کے مقابلہ جات منعقد ہوئے، جن میں ضلع ملتان کے مختلف ہائی اور ہائیر سکینڈری اسکولز کے طلباء و طالبات نے بھرپور جوش و جذبے کے ساتھ شرکت کی۔
تقریب میں ججز کے فرائض جن معزز شخصیات نے انجام دیے ان میں جناب سید اکبر بخاری صاحب، پرنسپل گورنمنٹ اسلامیہ ہائی اسکول دولت گیٹ ملتان اور ڈاکٹر شکیل صاحب، گورنمنٹ بوائز کمپری ہنسیو ہائیر سیکنڈری اسکول ملتان (تقریری مقابلہ جات)، ڈاکٹر خورشید احمد صاحب گورنمنٹ ہائی سکول پیراں غائب ملتان اور طاہرہ جبین صاحبہ ، گورنمنٹ گرلز جونیئر ماڈل ہائی اسکول ملتان (تحریر ی مقابلہ جات) کیلئے شامل تھے۔

پروگرام کو نہایت احسن انداز میں کوآرڈینیٹ کرنے کیلئے مس در صبیح صاحبہ نے اسٹیج سیکرٹری کے فرائض سر انجام دیے۔۔
پرنسپل گورنمنٹ گرلز کمپری ہینسو ہائیر سیکنڈری اسکول ملتان میڈم زرین اختر صاحبہ نے تقریب کی آخر میں تمام مہمانان گرامی و طلبا و طالبات کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔
تقریری مقابلہ جات میں اول پوزیشن اسماویہ، دوم پوزیشن ماہم آصف اور سوم پوزیشن آمنہ آصف نے حاصل کیں۔ جبکہ تحریری مقابلہ جات میں اول پوزیشن سبیکہ عطا اور دوم پوزیشن زونیرا حسین نے حاصل کیں۔۔
آخر میں تمام مقابلہ جات میں پوزیشن حاصل کرنے والے طلبا و طالبات میں اسناد تقسیم کیں گئیں ۔

On 12.05.2026, Mst. Zahida Batool, DPI (SE) South Punjab, visited Government Girls Higher Secondary School Chah Bohar Wala to review ongoing educational and administrative activities. During the visit, teachers’ and students’ attendance, classroom activities, science labs, IT Lab, Tech Lab, and library were inspected. Directions were issued for improvement in classroom management, teaching-learning activities, and science lab infrastructure. Overall school cleanliness and environment were found satisfactory.

Today, 06.05.2026, Mst. Zahida Batool, DPI (SE) South Punjab, Multan, paid a surprise visit to GGHS Shamsabad No. 2, Multan. During the visit, the BISE examination center established at the school was also inspected.
Teachers’ and students’ attendance was checked and verified. Ongoing educational activities in the classrooms were reviewed. During classroom visits, students were asked questions to assess their learning, and inquiries were made regarding the delivery of new textbooks, to which students confirmed receipt of their books. Classroom management was also observed and found satisfactory.
The functionality of the IT and Science Labs was examined to ensure proper utilization and operational status. The enrolment desk was also checked to review arrangements related to student admissions.
Moreover, CCTV cameras were checked for functionality, and the implementation of security measures was reviewed in accordance with the guidelines of the School Education Department. The overall hygienic environment of the school was also observed and found to be satisfactory.

Today Mst. Zahida Batool, DPI(SE) South Punjab, Multan paid a surprise visit to GGHS No. 1 Nawan Shehr, Multan. During the visit, the attendance of both teachers and students was checked and verified. Attendance was being marked on the School Information System (SIS) through the school tablet.
Ongoing educational activities were also observed. The Matric Tech Lab and Science Lab were inspected and found functional.
