10 things a father must say to his son:

1. “Get back up”

• Let your son learn from his failures, but give him guidance when needed. “Fall down seven times, but get up eight.”

2. “I love you”

• Love the son you have, not the son you want. Fatherly love is unconditional.

3. “It’s okay to be angry, sad, or depressed. It’s NOT okay to stay angry, sad, or depressed.”

• To manage emotions, you must first be able to feel and experience them. A father needs to teach how to manage, understand, and regulate emotions.

4. “Treat your mother with Respect”

• A father needs to treat his wife with respect. No complaining, fighting, or disrespect. A boy learns how to treat women by how his father treats his wife.

5. “I don’t know everything”

• You will be your sons hero… But you don’t know everything. It’s important your son knows he can question authority, because the experts aren’t always right. It’s important to say sorry, and sometimes say you don’t know.

Respect your wife, She is the woman who left her whole family to live with you, She is the woman who left her parent's, her siblings which she had been living with since the day she was born, for you, She is the woman who'll complete half of your deen, She is the woman that Allah has made permissible for your eyes to see, your hands to touch, your arms to hold, She is the woman who carries your baby in her womb for nine months she endure alot of pain in all this, she struggles to climb stairs, she get's breathless quickly and even a simple task like putting her shoes on is a huge struggle for her, She suffere's many sleepless nights while you sleep easily, she than went's through excruciating Pain to bring your child into this world, she goes through it all for you.

Learn to respect your wife, She is half of your deen not a servant for you or your family, a woman who goes through all this pain for you deserves love and compassion from you, As you are the half of deen, off her, respect and love your wife remember together you can make this test easy for both of you, and Insha’Allah your tale will continue in the Hereafter, Insha'Allah.

اپنی لڑائیوں کا انتخاب دانشمندی سےکریں


زندگی میں لا تعداد مواقع ایسے آتے ہیں جب ہم بات کا بتنگڑ بنا سکتے ہیں یا پھر اسے نظر انداز کر کے آگے بڑھ سکتے ہیں کیونکہ درحقیقت وہ بات توجہ کی مستحق نہیں ہوتی۔ اگر آپ اپنے محاذ کا انتخاب دانشمندی سے کریں گے تو آپ کے پاس درحقیقت اہم محاذوں پر لڑنے کے لئے درکار توانائی برقرار رہے گی۔

ایسے مواقع آئیں گے جب آپ بحث کرنا چاہیں گے، کسی سے مقابلے پر اتر آئیں گے یا اپنے کسی موقف کی حمایت میں ڈٹ جائیں گے۔ اکثر لوگ ایسے بھی ہوتے ہیں جو چھوٹی چھوٹی باتوں پر مزاحمت کر کر کے اپنی زندگی کو لڑائیوں کی سیریز بنا لیتے ہیں۔ ایسی زندگی سے ان کی ذہنی بے سکونی میں اضافہ ہی ہوتا ہے ۔

چھوٹی چھوٹی نا اتفاقیاں بڑے بڑے مسائل کو جنم دے سکتی ہیں اور یہ ناخوشی اور بے سکونی کا نسخہ بن جاتی ہیں۔

حقیقت یہ ہے کہ زندگی میں سب کچھ ہماری خواہش کے مطابق نہیں ہوتا۔ نہ ہی دوسرے لوگ ویسا کرتے ہیں جیسا ہم ان سے توقع رکھتے ہیں۔ لمحہ بہ لمحہ زندگی میں کبھی وہ ہوتا ہے جو ہماری خواہش ہوتی ہے اور کبھی وہ جو ہم نہیں چاہتے۔

کبھی لوگ ہماری بات سے متفق نہیں ہوتے ،کبھی لوگ ہمارے طریقے سے کام نہیں کرتے، اور کبھی ہماری کوششوں کا متوقع نتیجہ نہیں نکلتا۔ اگر آپ ان سب چیزوں پر ضد کر کے ان کو اپنے حق میں کرنا چاہیں گے تو آپکی زندگی ہمہ وقت کسی نہ کسی محاذ پر لڑتے ہی گزرے گی۔

پرسکون زندگی جینے کے لئے بہتر ہے کہ سوچ لیا جائے کہ کس جگہ لڑنا سود مند ہو گا اور کس لڑائی سے اجتناب بہتر رہے گا۔

ہر چیز کا بالکل ٹھیک ہونا ضروری نہیں ہوتا کچھ بے ضرر سمجھوتے انسان کو مستقل ذہنی دباؤ سے محفوظ کر دیتے ہیں۔

ہمیشہ ضروری نہیں ہوتا کہ آپ یہ ثابت کریں کہ آپ ٹھیک ہیں اور مد مقابل غلط ہے۔ کسی کی معمولی غلطی کو پکڑ کر بیٹھ جانا یا کسی کے منہ سے نکلے کسی جملے میں بال کئ کھال اتارنا آپکو ذہنی سکون نہیں دے گا۔

کس ریسٹورنٹ میں اور کیا کھانا ہے اس پر طویل بحث آوٹنگ کا سارا مزا کرکرا کر دے گی۔ کونسی فلم کو ن سا ڈرامہ دیکھنا چاہیئے اس پر بحث کرنے سے تفریح کاسارا موڈ ہی غارت ہو جائے گا۔

آپکی کار پر پڑوسی کے بچے نے خراش ڈال دی اور آپ اس پر واویلا مچا دیں ،کسی اور پڑوسی نے آپکی پارکنگ کا خیال نہیں کیا اور آپ کھانا کھاتے ہوئے بھی ان باتوں پر کڑھ رہے ہیں ۔ ایسی کئی چھوٹی چھوٹی باتوں پر جلتے بھنتے کڑھتے ہم میں سے بہت سے لوگ اپنی زندگی جئے جا رہے ہیں۔

آپ کن کن باتوں پر آزردہ رہتے ہیں ؟ ان باتوں کی فہرست مرتب کر لیں۔ اگر اس فہرست میں ایسی ہی ملتی جلتی لڑائیاں ہیں جیسی کہ بیان کی گئی ہیں تو یہی وقت ہے کہ اپنی ترجیحات کا تعین کر لیں۔

اگر اپنی لڑائیوں کا انتخاب دانشمندی سے کرتے رہے تو وہ وقت دور نہیں جب کوئی بے سود لڑائی لڑنے کی ضرورت ہی باقی نہیں رہے گی۔
