Yousaf Chughtai , Former President of the Civil Society (CED), MUST, has successfully passed the competitive examination(written, psychological and Interview)
conducted by the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) for recruitment as Assistant Director (BPS-17), Sector Commander, Airports Security Force (ASF), Ministry of Defence, Government of Pakistan.

He has topped the region and is the only officer selected from Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) for the post.

This is a remarkable achievement and a matter of great pride for AJK. Congratulations to Yousaf Chughtai on this outstanding success! 🇵🇰

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Mr. Shafqat Khan, our dedicated Lab Assistant from Civil Engineering Department. His unwavering commitment to support students was deeply valued, and his kindness and expertise will be dearly missed by all.

Our deepest condolences go out to his family, friends, and all who knew him. May he rest in peace, and may his loved ones find comfort in knowing he was cherished by many.

Students of Department of Civil Engineering, MUST presented their final year project at 6th Conference on Sustainability in Civil Engineering (CSCE'24) held on 1st August 2024 at Capital University of Science and Technology (CUST), Islamabad, Pakistan.

There were total of 2 papers published in the aformentioned conference from the FYDP titled as "Design and Analysis of Green High Rised Buildings using Recycled Materials", supervised by Dr. Anwar Khitab (Professor, CED/Dean Faculty of Health & Medical Sciences).
