1. Show respect to workers around you

تعلیم کا مقصد صرف انسان کو زندہ رکھنے کے قابل بنانا نہیں، بلکہ اسے باوقار، بامقصد اور باشعور زندگی جینے کا سلیقہ سکھانا ہے۔ زندہ رہنا تو ہر شخص جانتا ہے، مگر جینا وہ جانتا ہے جس نے سوچنا، سمجھنا اور دوسروں کے لیے آسانی پیدا کرنا سیکھ لیا ہو۔
حقیقی تعلیم انسان کے اندر برداشت، ذمہ داری، اخلاق اور خدمت کا جذبہ پیدا کرتی ہے۔ یہ ہمیں صرف اپنی فکر تک محدود نہیں رکھتی، بلکہ دوسروں کے درد کو محسوس کرنے کے قابل بناتی ہے۔ جب تعلیم انسان کو خود غرضی سے نکال کر انسان دوستی کی طرف لے جائے، تو وہ تعلیم اپنا اصل مقصد حاصل کر لیتی ہے۔
آج ہمیں ایسی تعلیم کی ضرورت ہے جو ڈگری کے ساتھ ساتھ کردار بھی دے، ہنر کے ساتھ ساتھ حوصلہ بھی دے، اور کامیابی کے ساتھ ساتھ انسانیت بھی سکھائے۔
کیونکہ تعلیم اگر صرف روزگار دے، اور شعور نہ دے، تو وہ ادھوری ہے۔
اور اگر شعور دے دے، تو پوری زندگی کا راستہ روشن ہو جاتا ہے۔
