Green Pakistan Initiative: One week plantation drive was held at Ggdc Par Hoti Mardan from March 9-16, 2026. Students planted Pinus, Petunia, Chrysanthemum, Jasmine, and Roses under Ms. Parveen's guidance. 🌿

Government Girls Degree College Parhoti Mardan recently hosted a women's empowerment program, organized by Miss Farzana, Assistant Professor of Islamiat. She highlighted the importance of education and economic independence, shedding light on the numerous opportunities available for women in Pakistan. Miss Farzana also discussed women's rights in Islam, emphasizing the religion's stance on women's rights. Let's continue to support and uplift women in our communities.

We are thrilled to announce that Habiba Jamal, second year student from Government Girls Degree College Parhoti emerged as the winner of the Husn-e-Qira'at Competition held at Government Post Graduate College for Women, Mardan at the JMC level.

Students from various colleges participated and beautifully showcased their skills in reciting the Holy Quran. After a tough competition, our talented students secured the top position and were awarded the trophy for their outstanding performance.

Kashmir Solidarity Day was observed at Govt Girls Degree College Parhoti, Mardan, with a special program organized by Sanaa Kiramat, AP Psychology, and Ms. Gulalay, AP of Health and Physical Education. Students and faculty gathered to show solidarity with the people of Kashmir, highlighting the importance of peace and human rights.

Empowering women, protecting rights! Govt Girls Degree College Parhoti, Mardan, stands with the Provincial Ombudsperson Secretariat, Peshawar, in promoting awareness about the Protection Against Harassment at the Workplace Act 2010 and Women Property Rights Act 2019.

A seminar on Political Extremism was conducted at Govt Girls Degree College Parhoti, Mardan, to educate students about the dangers of extremism and promote tolerance, critical thinking, and peaceful dialogue.

A youth leadership program was conducted at Govt Girls Degree College to raise awareness and empower students. The event aimed to equip young women with leadership skills, confidence, and a sense of social responsibility.
