Funfair will be arranged indoors in the basement of BKMC so no one has to worry about the temperature. We have only a limited number of stalls, so kindly pay for the stalls as early as possible. Stalls won't be allotted until we receive the payment. Thanks.

🔴Rules and regulations for stall booking🔴

⚫Stall fee is 2000 and is not negotiable.

⚫Deadline for stall booking is May 25th, 11pm.

⚫Stalls will be alloted on seniority basis. Students from the same year will be prioritized on "first come first serve" basis.

⚫Priority rules mentioned above will only be applicable to those who pay their fee by the said deadline. Those paying after the deadline will have no right to choose a stall irrespective of their seniority.

⚫Interested persons must make their payment in advance in order to confirm their booking. Verbal confirmation will not be sufficient unless the payment has been made.

We have got the transport for Gajju Khan culture night approved but Dr muhtasim was reluctant to allow female students. We will talk to him once again to see if he allows females too. All interested persons should send us their names by 9 pm as we have to inform the organizers.
Edit: Girls should send their names too since we have to make arrangements in advance. We will hopefully persuade Dr Muhtasim.

•Drinking water will be provided free of cost in the funfair.
•Sunbathing and Roaming in the funfair will be free too.
•Guests will be allowed to take selfies with the organizers for free. ❤️

We have reduced the stall fee to 2000 to make it more affordable for the students. Enjoy 🎉
