Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Salary: SR. 10,000 with other bonuses

In this role, you'll support our technical operations — from building and maintaining apps and systems, to managing integrations, automations, and digital tools.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Development & Technical Support

Develop, maintain, and optimize mobile applications (iOS/Android or cross-platform)
Support website updates, backend functions, and system improvements
Build, manage, and integrate APIs (internal and third-party)
Assist with system setups, configurations, and technical troubleshooting
Manage platforms, tools, and automations (CRMs, cloud services, analytics tools, etc.)
Work with AI tools and apply them to improve workflows, automations, or product features
Coordinate with developers, designers, or external technical vendors when needed
Support data entry, reporting, and digital system workflows
Maintain documentation for systems, integrations, and technical processes
Ensure performance, stability, and security across apps and platforms
Handle ad-hoc technical tasks and provide support across departments.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field
Strong understanding of app development (native or cross-platform).
Good knowledge of web technologies and backend concepts.
Comfortable working with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
Skilled with AI tools and able to integrate or utilize them in development
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong communication skills and willing to learn continuously.
