🎈Glimpses of RED COLOUR DAY CELEBRATION🎈

Colours are indeed the smiles of nature….. The 'Red Day' celebration was a wonderful learning activity that helped children to sort and classify objects based on colors and learning the concept of primary colours, thereby reinforcing cognitive skills.

حالیہ خشک سالی کے باعث نزلہ، زکام، کھانسی، الرجی،جلد کی بیماریاں عام ہونے لگی ہیں، طبی ماہرین کا مشورہ ہے کہ خوراک میں پھل، سبزی اور گرم مشروبات کا استعمال زیادہ کیا جائے اور سردی سے بھی ذرا بچ کے رہا جائے۔طبی ماہرین کا یہ بھی کہنا ہے کہ گھر سے نکلتے وقت سر ڈھانپ لیا جائے، کھٹی چیزوں سےپرہیز کی جائے اور کوئی زخم آجائے تواسکی صفائی کا بھی خصوصی خیال رکھا جائے اور جلد پر لوشن کا استعما ل بھی کیا جائے۔
