The first day of the FCS Facilitators training on Pedagogy and Effective teaching was successfully completed at GHSS Dhodial Tehsil Baffa Pakhal District Mansehra as per schedule. The sessions focused on basic pedagogical concepts, effective teaching strategies, and students approaches. All arrangements i.e classrooms, seating, lighting, and multimedia equipment, tea and lunch etc were well managed. Participants actively engaged in activities and discussion sessions. Overall the day was productive and set a strong foundation for the remaining training sessions.
