FSc exam, then entry test, then 5 professional exams, then another exam for provisional license, then housejob, then another exam for permanent license( FMGs)then CIP experience at peripheries, then postgraduation entrance exam, then 4 years of training with intermodular exams, then postgraduation final exam, and specialist. An then an other exam for super specialization.
After all this you will get a contract job under MTI with average pay, working under AC and DC and politician.The over work, humiliation, journalists etc.
Now lets see the education of AC and DC we work under.
For AC... FSc, then BA, CSS and AC.
For DC... from AC to DC without exam on time scale promotion.
For MPA or MNA ( zero qualification with zero exams)
For Secretary (same as AC and then promotions with time scale promotion without additional exams)
N some people just do Fsc n control all these professionals 🙋♂️
I can continue the list from police to judges. And they all are bosses of doctors.
Look at the difference of years, exams and study. And look at what we got and what these other people enjoy. As compared to the exams and study a doctor went through, the duty hours, the stress we get nothing. Only beatings, humiliation and rejection.
And you wonder why we leave pakistan and prefer working there. Your system sucks. You do not respect hardwork and education. You respect "ڈنڈا" and power.
Why not introduce more education, exams and training for others as well?
Best time to leave this country now or else will suffer forever
