You can achieve more sales in a short period of time by participating in noon Promotions that run all year long. All you have to do is to select a promotion from the noon Promotions Calendar on Seller Lab, follow the 3 easy steps listed below to participate, and your products will be part of your chosen noon Promotion within just a few days.

In this article, you'll find the steps to add your products to noon promotions one at a time and in bulk.

You should always ensure the following conditions are met in order for your product to be active in promotions
- the participating items should be on FBN
- items should be part of the categories included in the promotion
- the items' minimum and maximum price ranges should be updated
- items should be added to a specific promotion at least four (4) days before the promotion starts
- items should be active even if they are not live yet. They will be included once noon makes them live.
Can I participate in promotions taking place in other noon marketplaces?
Yes, besides participating in noon promotions, you can also participate in most of the promotional events on Sivvi, Kul, and Daily when promotions are applicable to your product category.
How can I add products to promotions one at a time?
- On Seller Lab, click the three lines on the top left corner of the screen and select Ads and promotion, then click Deals.
-- Click All Deals, review the available promotions, and select the promotion you'd like to participate in.
- Then click List Your Products.
- Search for the products that you want to add using your Partner SKU, NSKU, or the Product Title. and when your selection is finalized, click on Next
- Add your discounted price in "Deal Price" and your stock quantity in "Stock" then click "Next". You can update your stock quantities and prices by clicking the edit button.

They are deducted at the end, or at the beginning of the month whenever applicable. You can find these fees in your payments page in Seller Lab, in the Statements tab.
1. Long term storage
A fee applicable to each item stored in a noon fulfillment center in the aging bucket of more than 365 days.
2. Non-Saleable Item storage Fee
This fee applies to non-saleable inventory stored in noon fulfillment centers for an aging bucket of more that 30 days. (Effective August 1st,2023)
3. Warranty Fees (WNTY)
A charge for warranty claims made by the customers which the seller couldn't fulfill as per the local law and noon's policies
4. Miscellaneous Fees (MISC)
An amount charged to the seller for any irregular occurrences that they may cause, which engender grievances to our customer, or/ and are against the local laws and noon policies , such as counterfeit penalties.
5. Retention Penalty fees (RETP)
The Retention Penalty Fee (RETP) is charged to the seller to compensate our customers in case they experience any grievances due to non-adherence to local laws and our policies. These grievances can be caused by items that have missing parts/accessories, or are fake, damaged, defective, used, expired, or not matching the product listed on the website or have some pricing errors.
