Govt. Graduate College for women Chowk Azam Layyah celebrated the achievements of its distinguished faculty members who secured Top Positions in the KPIs Assessment evaluation process for Best Teachers across the DG khan Division, conducted by the Higher Education Department, Punjab.
Principal Govt. Graduate College for Women Chowk Azam Layyah, Dr. Nazia kanwal sahiba as a gesture of appreciation and acknowledgment of the outstanding achievements of the college teachers, organized a graceful ceremony in their honor. During the ceremony, shields and bouquets were presented to the respected faculty members who earned top positions at the Divisional level in the Higher Education Department Punjab KPIs Assessment.
Addressing the event Dr. Nazia kanwal sahiba highly appreciated the dedication, professionalism, commitment, and academic excellence demonstrated by the honored teachers. She termed their success a matter of immense pride for Govt. Govt. Graduate College for Women, Chowk Azam, Layyah, celebrated the *75th Anniversary of Pakistan-China Diplomatic Relations* with great enthusiasm and national spirit.

The event was attended by *Deputy Director Colleges, Layyah, Mr. Zulfiqar Haideri*, along with the *Principal, faculty members, and students* of the college. Together they marked 75 years of friendship between Pakistan and China, originally established on 21 May 1951.

The gathering highlighted the theme *“Pakistan-China Friendship: Stronger Together”* and reflected on the strong cultural, educational, and economic ties between the two countries. Students and teachers carried banners and expressed solidarity, acknowledging China as a trusted partner and friend.

Deputy Director Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Haideri appreciated the college’s efforts in organizing the event, stating that such activities broaden students’ understanding of international relations and strengthen the spirit of cooperation and mutual respect.

Rescue 1122 training session at GGCW Chowk Azam, Layyah
The session was highly informative and practical. Students gained valuable knowledge about first aid, fire safety, CPR, and emergency response techniques. Such training not only builds confidence but also prepares us to handle real-life emergencies effectively.

Today training session of Bs departments of GGCW Chowk Azam layyah with Rescue 1122 team on the topic of CPR . All Students participate actively in this training. They got awareness about how to tackle emergency condition of any person , how to give them first aid to save their lives.
