What is difference between "Listen" and "Hear"?

We use "listen" when our attention is fully to something. We focus on listening and "to" preposition will always be used while using listen.
Example: I listen to your lecture. (Now, I pay full attention listening and understanding the lecture)

Hear: We use hear that sounds are entering into our ears but we don't have focus or attention to words.Hear is also used for guessing that we know but not confirmed.
Example: We heard (2nd form of verb "Hear") that petrol prices will be hiked. (Guessing but not confirmed)
I was hearing but didn't understand anything.

Sentence: Lethargic people do not success in their lives.
2) Insipid: Foolish, idiotic
Sentence: He is making you insipid.
3) Rapidly: Immediately, instantly
Sentence: Inflation has been increasing rapidly this month.
4) Increase: expand, hike
Sentence: Petrol prices have been increased.
5) Quickly: Immediately, right now
Sentence: She replies of my message quickly.

Basic medium and advanced level
You will be able to talk fluently and can write anything without any hesitation. So, come first and reserve your seats before it goes late.
Note: classes will be online.
The duration of the class will be conducted one hour.
Separate admissions for girls.
