Government Boys Elementary and Lower Secondary School,Karma Bagh,Larkana

Teachers from GBELSS Karma Bagh, Larkana participated in the challenge “ .” This challenge encouraged teachers to rethink traditional classroom environments and develop innovative teaching methods and classroom layouts that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

In this project, the participating teachers explored new ways of organizing classrooms and delivering lessons to create a more interactive and effective learning environment. They designed two innovative classroom layouts named “Buzzing Room” and “Smart Learning Zone.”

The Buzzing Room focuses on collaborative and activity-based learning where students actively participate in discussions, group work, and hands-on activities. This layout encourages communication, teamwork, and creative thinking among students.

The Smart Learning Zone is designed to improve focus and participation through a structured yet flexible classroom setup. In this layout, benches are arranged in an L-shaped seating arrangement, allowing better interaction between the teacher and students while also encouraging peer learning. The design also recommends limited class size so that teachers can give more attention to each student and ensure effective learning.

At the conclusion of the activity, the respected teachers presented their solutions and policy recommendations to SELD Sindh, suggesting the introduction of the Smart Learning Zone classroom layout in schools to improve the quality of teaching and learning.

Through this initiative, the teachers demonstrated creativity, dedication, and a strong commitment to improving classroom environments for better student learning.

Students from GBELSS Karma Bagh, Larkana showcased their innovative ideas for the future in the challenge “ .” Through a creative and realistic working model, the students presented their concept of a .

The students designed and built a working model of a rickshaw that focuses on safety, comfort, and environmental sustainability. Their model includes several modern safety and convenience features such as a Safety Box, First Aid Box, Fire Extinguisher, Emergency Button, Fog Light, Back Light, Brake Light, Indicators, Indoor Light, Luggage Storage Box, Alarm Button, and Curtains for the modesty and comfort of women passengers.

The most inspiring aspect of the project is that the model works entirely on renewable energy, using batteries and a solar panel to ensure zero carbon emissions. This makes the ride environmentally friendly and promotes the idea of clean and sustainable transportation.

Through this project, the students highlighted how simple innovations and responsible use of renewable energy can make everyday transport safer, smarter, and better for the environment. Their effort reflects creativity, teamwork, and a vision for a greener future.
