It is purely working on the basis of indiscrimination of color , caste and creed in the field of Health, Education, Environment and human rights and also to serve during the natural disaster . SSHD is one of the leading organizations in Sindh. SSHD has more than two years experience in the field of social development while it is registered in 2012.

​جیکب آباد: سندھ سوسائٹی فار ہیومن ڈویلپمنٹ کے زیر اہتمام اساتذہ کی تربیت اور کنٹریکٹ سائننگ کی تقریب کا انعقاد
​جیکب آباد . سندھ سوسائٹی فار ہیومن ڈویلپمنٹ کے تحت نان فارمل ایجوکیشن (NFE) سینٹرز کے اساتذہ کی استعداد کار بڑھانے (Capacity Building) اور معاہدوں پر دستخط کی باوقار تقریب مقامی ہوٹل 'الحرمین ' میں منعقد ہوئی۔ تقریب میں تعلیمی ماہرین، سیاسی و سماجی شخصیات اور ضلعی افسران نے بھرپور شرکت کی۔
​نمایاں شرکاء اور مہمانِ خصوصی
​تقریب کے مہمانِ خصوصی ڈائریکٹر سندھ نان فارمل ایجوکیشن اسکولز عبدالجبار مری تھے۔ دیگر معزز مہمانوں میں درج ذیل شخصیات شامل تھیں:
​میر لیاقت لاشاری (صدر پیپلز پارٹی، ضلع جیکب آباد)
​نعمت اللہ صاحب (سی ای او)
​منظور سولنگی (ڈسٹرکٹ آفیسر، سندھ ایجوکیشن فاؤنڈیشن)

​سندھ کی ثقافت اور اجرک کا تحفہ
​پروگرام کے آغاز میں معزز مہمانوں کو سندھ کی روایتی ثقافت کے عکاس 'اجرک' کے تحفے پیش کیے گئے اور ان کا پرتپاک استقبال کیا گیا۔
​تقریب کے اہم خدوخال
​آفر آرڈرز کی تقسیم: تقریب کے دوران 20 سے زائد سینٹرز کے اساتذہ کو ان کے تقرر نامے (Offer Orders) اور کنٹریکٹ لیٹرز دیے گئے۔
​اساتذہ کی تربیت: سیشن کے دوران اساتذہ کو جدید تدریسی طریقوں پر تربیت دی گئی۔ انہیں بتایا گیا کہ نان فارمل ایجوکیشن کے تحت بچوں کو کس طرح بہتر اور آسان انداز میں تعلیم سے آراستہ کرنا ہے تاکہ تعلیمی معیار کو بہتر بنایا جا سکے۔
​مقررین کا خطاب: ڈائریکٹر عبدالجبار مری اور میر لیاقت لاشاری نے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ تعلیم ہی قوموں کی تقدیر بدلتی ہے۔ انہوں نے سندھ سوسائٹی فار ہیومن ڈویلپمنٹ کی کاوشوں کو سراہتے ہوئے کہا کہ دور دراز علاقوں میں تعلیم کی شمع روشن کرنا ایک عظیم مقصد ہے۔
