In this video, our Grade 5 students are actively engaged in developing their Essential Agreements—a powerful process where learners co-construct the norms and expectations that will guide their classroom community.
Rather than being told what to do, students take ownership by reflecting, discussing, and agreeing on how they want to learn, interact, and grow together.
