PYP Girls Meet and Greet Orientation was conducted successfully with strong parent participation, where parents shared their concerns and showed keen interest in supporting their children’s learning. To strengthen the home-school partnership, we introduced Goal Sheets to set up collaborative learning and upbringing goals with parents as active partners. We used exit tickets and “goal standee” to better understand the individual needs of each child. Teachers were present throughout the session, guiding and supporting parents with practical initiatives they can implement at home to nurture inquiry, independence, and holistic growth. The orientation reflected our community of 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧-𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 and 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 learners and reinforced our shared commitment to working together for every child’s progress.
