PIA Training Center (PTC) is pleased to announce " BASIC PASSENGER SERVICES COURSE” commencing from Monday, 7th August, 2017 at PTC Karachi.

Course Objective:
To provide basic training to individuals who wish to make a career as a front line staff in Airport Services.
Completing this course which is based on IATA curriculum, will give an edge to candidates planning to make a career in Airport Services in any leading Airline.
What you will learn
Upon completing this course you will be able to:
· Learn complete check in procedures observed in international airlines as per IATA Guidelines.
· Develop understanding of complete Ramp Operations including Loading & Unloading, Marshalling, Safety Procedures and awareness of Ramp Equipment.
· Gain knowledge about Baggage Handling Procedures, Excess Baggage SOPs, and Compensation Procedures along with introduction to World Tracer Management
· Demonstrate knowledge about Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) in Aviation Industry.
· Develop skill set required to provide excellent customer service.
· Demonstrate the ability to provide First Class service to passengers
