McOLSON Research Laboratories is looking for a motivated, responsible, and technically competent professional to join our Plant Operations Team.

Position: Officer – Engineering
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Location: Plant Sharaqpur, Lahore
Qualification: Associate Engineer / Diploma in Engineering, B.E./B.Sc. Engineering, or relevant qualification
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Monitor and maintain mechanical, HVAC, and purified water systems
✔️ Maintain engineering maintenance logs, records, and documentation
✔️ Coordinate with Production and QA to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations
✔️ Handle qualification and validation activities related to engineering systems
✔️ Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities
✔️ Ensure compliance with engineering procedures, documentation, and regulatory requirements
✔️ Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective engineering operations

Eligibility Criteria

Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a similar industry preferred
Knowledge of HVAC, purified water systems, mechanical maintenance, qualification, and validation
Hands-on experience in engineering documentation, record-keeping, and cross-functional coordination
Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
