ہر حادثہ اچانک نہیں ہوتا۔

کبھی کبھی ابتدا میں سب کچھ بالکل ٹھیک محسوس ہوتا ہے۔

✅سفر جاری رہتا ہے۔
✅رفتار بھی درست لگتی ہے۔
✅اور راستہ بھی مناسب محسوس ہوتا ہے۔

لیکن چند سال بعد خاموشی سے اثرات ظاہر ہونا شروع ہوتے ہیں:
• کام میں دلچسپی ختم ہونا
• ذہنی اور جذباتی تھکن
• مسلسل دباؤ کے بغیر آگے نہ بڑھ پانا
• طویل مدت میں اطمینان کا نہ ہونا

اسی طرح ہر کیریئر حادثہ بھی اچانک پیش نہیں آتا۔ کچھ غلط فیصلوں کے اثرات وقت کے ساتھ آہستہ آہستہ سامنے آتے ہیں۔

اسی لیے ابتدائی تعلیمی فیصلے صرف ان سوالوں پر نہیں ہونے چاہئیں:

سمت اہم ہوتی ہے۔

کیونکہ اصل مطابقت کا امتحان فوراً نہیں — وقت کے ساتھ ہوتا ہے۔

Raat ke 10 baj rahe thay.

Main ek important task mein deeply engaged tha when I received a WhatsApp message:

“Can I get some information about AI?”

Sawal unexpected tha.

Maine reply kiya:
“What is your objective?”

Kuch dair baad WhatsApp bell baji.

Dusri taraf ek hesitant si awaaz:
“Assalam o Alaikum sir… mera naam ___ hai. Main apne bachon ko AI ki training dilwana chahti hun.”

Maine poocha:
“Aap ke bache ki umar kitni hai?”

“7 years.”

Main kuch seconds ke liye khamosh ho gaya.

Phir maine kaha:
“7 saal ke bache ke liye AI samajhna mushkil nahi hoga?”

Jawab aya:
“Nahi sir, sab log karwa rahe hain… mujhe bhi logon ne mashwara diya hai.”

Yahan mujhe aik bohat gehri baat mehsoos hui.

Hum bachon ko future ke liye prepare kar rahe hain…
ya unhein race mein dhakel rahe hain?

Maine unse poocha:

“Kya aap apne bache ko Aristotle ya Aflatoon banana chahti hain?”

Ye bachon ke khelne ke din hain.
Observe karne ke.
Curious hone ke.
Duniya ko naturally discover karne ke.

Lekin hum ne bachpan ko bhi competition bana diya hai.

Hum ne khud 5 saal ki umar mein school shuru kiya tha.

Phir commercial systems ne usay 3 saal tak le aya.

Aur ab:
coding for kids,
AI for kids,
career grooming for kids…

Har cheez ko market bana diya gaya hai.

Sawal ye nahi ke AI important hai ya nahi.

AI bohat important hai.

Lekin asal sawal ye hai:

“Kya har important cheez har umar mein zaroori hoti hai?”

Aik 7 saal ka bacha AI ko kitni gehrai se samajh sakta hai?

Aur kyun zaroori hai ke woh iss umar mein hi AI seekhay?

Har skill ka aik natural developmental stage hota hai.

Mere nazdeek, AI aur advanced career-oriented trainings ka sahi waqt Matric ke baad shuru hota hai —
jab conceptual maturity develop hona shuru hoti hai.

Kabhi kabhi sab se intelligent decision yeh hota hai:

“Bachon ko bacha rehne diya jaye.”
