RESEARCH QUESTION:
Do these clauses represent pragmatic drafting solutions to political and legal challenges, or do they reveal abrupt constitutional U-turns and underlying vulnerabilities?
Law students are invited to analyze:
Key “Notwithstanding” clauses and their legal scope
Judicial interpretation.
