Punjabi Culture Day, also known as Punjab Culture Day or Punjabi New Year is a day celebrated on 14th March all over Punjab for the celebration and demonstration of Punjabi culture.
Today at the Ravi Campus a grand assembly was organized to celebrate Punjabi Cultural Day. Students, teachers and staff members were dressed in traditional Punjabi outfits, carrying traditional punjabi props including pots, hand fans and much more. The girls wore colorful bangles, hair accessories and sang Punjabi folk songs.
The assembly included renowned names in Urdu Literature including the Chief Guest; Mr. Nain Sukh who conducted a thought provoking session highlighting the importance of our regional languages and the significance of keeping them alive, a mezmerizing upbeat performance by Zaigham Abbas and group well-known for their performance at Nescafe Basement, a hilarious yet meaningful poetic session by Murli Chauhan; famous for his iconic humourous poetry and energetic hosting by Hettam Tanvir Akram and Andaleeb Gull.
The event concluded on a high note with the Principal thanking all the esteemed guests, teachers and the students for their spirit and enthusiasm in celebrating Punjabi Cultural Day.

It's the month of March and we at Ravi Campus Girls Section are living up to our belief; Work hard, party harder.
This time around, students of Grade 6 to 8 enjoyed a fun trip to Green Fields Country Club.
From the musical fiesta in the bus to posing for silly pics, from an adventurous horse ride to goofing around in the tractor train, from the refreshing yet thrilling boat ride to testing their might at tug of War, from enjoying a series of indoor games including table tennis, wall climbing, bull ride and ludo to finally a scrumptious Hardee's meal, the students indeed enjoyed a lot and made memories with their friends to cherish for a lifetime....
A big thumbs up to the Senior Mistress; Ms. Rabia Kiani, the teachers and staff members for their continuous effort, commitment and exceptional time management throughout.
We are humbled by the overwhelming appreciation received from our parent body for the HM; Ms. Zunaira Farooqui and her team for the effective and efficient planning and ex*****on of the trip.

Ghazi Taimoor is a financial consultant-turned-educator. He is the Head of Professional Education at the LUMS School of Education and also runs his own non-profit that educates students from marginalised localities. As a Chartered Accountant, Ghazi worked in London's financial industry before going to Harvard for his Master's in Education. In July 2021, Ghazi's tweet of returning a stranger's wallet in London made him a viral sensation in the media and the internet across India and Pakistan.
Ghazi will be conducting a workshop on leadership, critical thinking and empathy with our students.

A Meet & Greet interactive session was conducted for the students of Grade 11; students from the TCS Lahore Network were in attendance to explore the A levels programme at Ravi Campus. A Panel of administrators provided information with respect to subject options, faculty, extra & co curricular activities provided at our campus for an overall holistic experience. Our guests toured the campus, enjoyed food and musical performances.

Work Hard, Party Harder
Ravi Campus Girls Section surely lives up to this statement. The staff members of Girls Section along with their Headmistress; Ms. Zunaira Farooqui explored the Mangla Sports Club and Army Resort in an attempt to relax, unwind and bond with each other.
From a desi breakfast at GT Road, a relaxing boat ride, fun games and bonding activities to a lavish dinner meal at Mangla Army Resort, this staff trip will always be a treat to remember....

Following this year's theme of a special assembly was organized by the students of grade 6T of Ravi Campus Girls Section to celebrate the International Women's Day 2022.
The assembly embodied an unconventional way to disseminate the message of gender equality and provision of equal opportunity through a rap song performed by the students.
This was followed by an acknowledgment of the efforts of the most significant women in our lives specially our mothers, in the form of some impactful pledges and a melodious song.
A beautiful message addressing the younger generation was also presented, highlighting the contribution of women in different walks of life.
The Headmistress; Ms. Zunaira Farooqui applauded the efforts of the young students of Grade 6T and the organizer of the assembly; Ms. Haania Ali. The HM shared her views on gender equality for a sustainable tomorrow. She explained how important it is for the younger generation to understand the real meaning of "feminism" and how both genders need to work together to play their significant role in making this world a better place to live.
The assembly concluded with a beautiful gesture, as students presented a hand-made card to the HM.
