POP Display Exhibition – Marketing Project

PhD Defense of Ms. Ayesha Shehzad, a candidate of PhD in Business Administration and Management at the Institute of Business and Management (IB&M), was successfully conducted. She presented her doctoral research titled: “Unraveling Obstacles: An Integrated Analysis of Theoretical and Empirical Perspectives of Biodiversity Finance Implementation for SDGs.”

We congratulate Ms. Ayesha Shehzad on this important academic milestone and wish her continued success in her academic and professional journey.

NVivo Software Training Workshop at IB&M, UET Lahore

IB&M, UET Lahore successfully organized a hands-on NVivo Software Training Workshop, aimed at enhancing participants’ qualitative data analysis skills through practical learning and expert guidance.
The session was conducted by Dr. Fatima Abrar, Lahore Business School (UOL), and provided valuable exposure to modern research techniques, reinforcing IB&M’s commitment to research capacity building and academic excellence.

Awareness Session on Promoting Tax Culture

The JUSTUJU Society of IB&M was entrusted with the management of the event, demonstrating strong organizational skills and professional engagement. The session was chaired by the Dean, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Humanities & Islamic Studies, Prof. Dr. Shahid Rafique, and conducted by FBR officials Mr. Muhammad Mati-ur-Rehman Mumtaz, Secretary (Tax Education & Facilitation), and Mr. Abdul Rehman Sheikh, Second Secretary (Facilitation).

IB&M’s students were provided with an overview of FBR’s mandate, core functions, ongoing reforms, and tax awareness initiatives, followed by an interactive Q&A session.

Institute of Business & Management (IB&M), UET Lahore, successfully conducted an awareness session on Fintech & Entrepreneurship Skills Development in collaboration with the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), State Bank of Pakistan.

The session was graced by Mr. Gulzar Khan, Senior Joint Director, State Bank of Pakistan, as the guest speaker, who also had the honor of meeting the respected Vice Chancellor, UET Lahore, Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir (TI). The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and provided insightful discussions on digital payments, fintech innovation, and entrepreneurship opportunities in Pakistan.
