For the last few days, I've pondered over the right words to say ending the year with the most wonderful team one could have. Ironic being a writer myself. Drama Club - the little home I've been living in for the last 3 years. I do not know what life would be if I hadn't randomly signed up to be a scriptwriter back on that very first day. This society has given me courage, hope, self belief, and much more. It's given me the most wonderful years, with some of the most uniquely wonderful people I have ever met. I do not think at this point it would be wrong to say that this society and every member it has had in the last 3 years is who I am.
This past year has been so uncertain due to the on-going pandemic and yet, Drama Club has prospered. From our Zoom Sessions to hosting our first International event, every single moment is worth remembering. And none of it would have been possible without the wonderful set of people that I proudly called my executives and council members for a year. You've all been amazing! And of course, the most motivated members. The members who are the true backbone of our society. Each and every member Drama Club has been home to in the last year, thank you for your patience, consistency and dedication. You all will be truly missed!
