EYLAR TEACHERS' TRAINING PROGRAM:
Montessori Teachers’ Training Program is the only complete professional & holistic teachers training available in Pakistan for the pre-school/Kindergarten teachers, mothers, School owners, Home schoolers and for adults who cater the children. On International level, there are many systems for pre school children but none provide complete philosophy along with the understanding of child’s needs at this particular age & to help the child in this phase of development. Further, the method of instruction is through ‘Hands-on activities ‘ so the child learns through sensorial impressions. Each child is given individual lessons according to his unique abilities & readiness. This beautiful child-centered nature - directed system of education is discovered by Dr. Maria Montessori who was a mathematician, engineer, psychiatrist, and a brilliant Educationist . She combined her extensive knowledge in order to serve the children of ages 0-6years. (later the system is developed to cater the needs of 6-18 years also). After years of Scientific Observation of children in different countries she designed learning materials with perfection & scientific accuracy.. The teachers Training Program focuses on the Real and natural learning of the child with the assumption that a child is a natural curious learner ,always ready to explore his environment.. Its main purpose is to make the child Independent as he grows up. Genuine love and care for children .

11. How to develop love for learning and making children life – long learners. COURSE OVERVIEW:
Montessori Philosphy. Understanding the child psychology. Different stages of the growth & development of human child & its needs. Develop Scientific Observational Skills. Five Areas of Training includes:
1. The exercises of practical life
2. Sensorial development
3. Development of spoken & written language.
4. Mathematical learning & understanding 5. Geography, History, Art, Biology, Music, etc. Supervised practice with the Montessori material under the guidance of qualified staff. Observation in pure Montessori classroom. Practice teaching in pure Montessori class under supervision of the trainers. Preparations of albums containing illustrated notes of didactic material. Minimum of 3 short certificate courses. Projects for each main subjects. Participate in at least 2 Campaign programs for child’s right/Innovation in Education
Total 5 semesters: at the end of each semester a test will be conducted

Basic Diploma Course – undergraduates/graduates
The Basic Diploma program includes the theory, practical, observation & practice in classrooms,
Projects making, Album making, Campaigns, 3 short courses. Advanced Diploma Course - graduates
The Advanced Diploma Program includes the theory, practical, observation & practice in classrooms,
Projects making, Album making, Campaigns, 6 short courses, Work shops, in-depth understanding of
Maria Montessori’s philosophy, Research on the existing Pre-school systems in Pakistan and around the globe. Course Duration:
The EYLAR offers Montessori teachers training diploma course of International standard. It involves the trainees in number of activities required to train their spiritual, intellectual, social, psychological and physical aspect of personality needed for becoming a loving, dedicated and a passionate directress. Basic Diploma Course: 1 year program (exclusive of observation & practice)

Advance Diploma Course: 1 year program (exclusive of observation & practice)

Short Certificate Courses: according to the need of the present day, EYLAR has developed many courses which are the need of the hour. This will no doubt give our trained Montessorians the cutting edge above any other trained personal.

TIMINGS:
The EYLAR has deeply understood the needs & demands of today’s women
and therefore it gives easy, manageable timings to its respected trainees,
either a fresh college girl or a house wife, working woman or a mother;
anyone can take up the course & be the trained Montessorian. ADMISSION REQUIREMENT:
Basic Diploma Program: minimum qualification is Intermediate / A levels
Advanced Diploma Program: minimum qualification is Graduation
ADMISSION PRECEDURE:
Submit the admission form along with the required documents & 6 photographs. Within 10 days interview would be called. For advanced course, an aptitude test has to be passed before the interview. Trainees would be informed within 2 days if they cleared the interview. Fees has to be submitted within a week after clearing the interview. Admission Open:
Admission opens before the commencement of each semester. Enrolment of the trainees guarantees the admission
& allows the trainees to attend the classes. FACILITIES AND SERVICES:

Exams would be held after completion of all the 5 subjects, short courses, projects,
& campaign programs. It includes theory, subjective & objective papers & practical exams. Minimum 70% marks will be required to pass the practical exams
Minimum 85% marks will be required to pass the theory exams. AWARDING DIPLOMA:
Diploma will be awarded after clearing all the exams , both theory & practical. BENEFITS:
