A workshop to cultivate leadership and growth mindset in educators by mastering Qualitative Analysis for school improvement
In Pakistan, there is a significant gap in leadership training for educators, particularly when it comes to exposure to international best practices. Many educators and teachers feel stuck due to the lack of platforms and opportunities for professional growth, while universities focus on those who can already afford access to quality training and available trainers just focus on the areas which seldom play role in professional growth of educators. This workshop is designed to address this gap, offering educators the skills, insights, and practical tools needed to grow as effective leaders in the education sector.

All set to start with academic support and training for the schools with underprivileged children. The objective is to extend the academic support to ensure quality education for maximum schools to minimize the disparities in educational opportunities
