Revised Notification of Holidays
The University of Central Punjab will remain closed from December 24, 2015 to December 27, 2015 on the eve of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (S.A.W.W.) and the birthday of Quaid-e-Azam, Muhammad Ali Jinnah respectively.
The University will re-open on December 28, 2015.

University of Central Punjab will remain close on 24th & 25th of December, 2015 on account of Eid Milad un Nabi and Quaid Day.

IMPORTANT DATES OF 18TH CONVOCATION

Collection of Gowns Regalia and Marching Cards from November 16 (Monday) to November 24 (Tuesday), 2015 (09:00 am to 5:00 pm) from Registrar Office.
Rehearsal: November 25 (Wednesday), 2015 at 08:00 am.
Convocation: November 26 (Thursday), 2015 at 08:30 am.
Students are advised to bring their National Identity Cards and also.

The University of Central Punjab will remain closed on October 31, 2015 (Saturday) on account of Local Bodies Election. The University will re-open on November 02, 2015 (Monday)

Dear Students,
UCP is holding its 18th convocation on November 24, 2015. Students who have completed their graduation requirements must submit their graduation plan to the Registrar’s office by October 27, 2015. Any student who fails to submit graduation plan before or on this date will neither be included in the list of graduating student nor will be allowed to attend the convocation ceremony.
All students are also required to obtain a challan form of Rs. 1900 for graduation regalia from the Registrar Office and attach a copy of the paid challan along with graduation plan.
