Career Counselling was an unknown phenomenon till the early 2000 in Pakistan especially among the youth and young children. Syed Abidi took this challenge and worked hard with the support of Institutions, Academics and Media to highlight th

e importance of Career Counselling in Human Development. It was therefore a dire need to establish a Center to promote Career Counselling in Pakistan that would not only provide a hub of learning and research in this vital area but would go beyond the basic Counselling Services. To train and prepare Professionals who understands the ethics of professional Career Counselling and who can implement this phenomena in letter and spirit.
