Commencement of Academic Session 2020-21 - Online Classes

Dear Parents, Ussalam o Alaikum,
We hope that you are healthy and safe and enjoying great family time. Please do take the precautionary measures for yourself, your children and family (Go out only when necessary, use mask, keep 6 feet distance, wash hands frequently), as been advertised on electronic media. Please don't take children out for any outing or on eateries or to any relatives. We know it is very tough and testing time for all of us, this pandemic is affecting everyone’s life especially future of our country in every aspect specially the education of our children. Let's pray from Allah to protect all of us, our families and friends from this deadly virus and take us through these testing times.

We are trying to reduce/compensate this loss by playing our part through conducting Online Classes to keep our children being involved in learning, we cannot just let them waste their time. We have no other option but to have virtual classes. Kindly cooperate with us and instead of wasting precious time of children, make them attend the Online Classes, as it is an official start of our Academic Session 2020-21.
Schedule your children’s daily routine, make them sleep early so that they get up early and are fresh for their classes, make them feel that school is now open, even virtually but academic session has started, so gear up, pull up the socks and start studying, we cannot just sit and wait until this virus goes away.

Important Instructions:
For Students:
1. The syllabus (promoted class) will be taught. The syllabus will not be repeated afterwards.

2. It is mandatory for every student to participate in Online Classes.

3. Classes timings will be from 10 am to 2 pm. Make sure you are in the group sharp at 10:00 am. Attendance will be marked in every period and class.

4. 15 marks will be given on attendance in the annual result. Be regular and punctual, do not miss these 15 marks, you may lose your desired position in class.

5. Use timetable as a guide for your regular lessons throughout the day.

6. You must be ready with your books, copies and stationery before the class starts.

7. You have to do work on school copies. Books and copies must be with you. If you have not received your book pack, ask your parents to contact the school’s office.
8. Regular HW will be given according to the timetable.

9. On every Friday tests will be taken, the marks will be added in the Final Exams result.

10. Papers will be taken from the syllabus taught Online once the schools reopen and those will be considered as Mid Term Exams.

11. Regular lessons will be uploaded according to timetable.

12. Ask questions if you find any problem or difficulty, preferably the same day.

13. For Math, you will be provided a complete question done by the teacher with instructions of every step. You will have to note it down on your copy, as you do it while copying from the white board in the class.
14. Complete all task activities to the best of your ability.

15. Keep a regular contact with your teacher in order to complete your lessons.

16. Do not keep homework assignments pending, complete them on the same day.
17. Please do not call or text any teacher on their personal numbers.

18. Ask relevant questions in the group only related to the subject being taught at that time, according to time table.

19. Kindly use this group only for academic purposes do not share or text on other topics.
20. Do not misuse numbers of other students. We will not have any other option but to remove you from the group on receiving any complaint.

21. Post your neatly done homework in the group on the day of that subject.

22. While doing copy work follow the instructions given by your teacher.

23. Follow the writing pattern of our school.

24. Learn words meanings and Q/A of English, Urdu and Science. Do practice of Math.

25. For Pre Junior students to practice the phonics, sing poems, do handwriting practice according to the teacher’s instructions.

26. The group admin will mute the group chat after 2 pm. All Teachers will only be available from 10 am to 2 pm according to their timetable.

27. You must attend the class in a quiet place in your house, you must ensure that your siblings or TV is not disturbing you.

28. You must ask questions from the teacher but must wait if she is speaking or any other student is speaking, wait for your turn.

For Parents:
1. Those who have not collected the study pack are requested to collect from school's office between 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. Your child needs books and copies to start their new class.

2. Buy one English one Urdu and one Math copy for the students from Playgroup to KG.

3. Kindly ensure that your child/children attend the Online Classes as they are mandatory and have weightage in the final result.

4. These classes will be conducted on WhatsApp, kindly ensure that your child’s name is there in the Class Group. If the name is not there kindly contact the school’s office immediately.

5. The parents who have more than one child attending these Online Classes, may give one child a cell phone, second a computer, third a laptop or on another cell phone and make them connected through whatsApp.

6. Kindly make your child regular and punctual.

7. Parent are requested to help their child in completing their homework task.

8. Make them listen to a story once or twice a week and ask questions related to that story (moral or Islamic stories).

9. Ask them to recite Qur’an and pray 5 times a day with you.

10. Make them help you in household tasks.

11. Play games with them like cricket, football, Luddo, monopoly, bingo instead of providing them cell phones or laptops or any other gadgets.

13. Keeping in view the current circumstances the school has decided to give rebate of 20% in tuition fee from June to August as a goodwill gesture. Kindly understand that we need to support one another, the school has to pay the rent and the salaries to its staff even when the school is closed. You must appreciate that our whole staff is working, conducting online classes is even tougher than conduction normal classes.

14. Kindly ensure that you pay the school fee before 8th of every month to keep your child enrolled in Online classes. The names of students will be dropped who will not pay the fee.

Hopefully by the Grace of Allah we all will get through this test of Allah. May Allah protect us all and shower his blessing upon us all.

Dear Parents,
The school will close at 12 noon on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday i.e. on 7th, 8th and 9th October 2019, due to Pakistan and Sri Lanka cricket matches and roads blockage. Kindly arrange transportation accordingly. Full TimeTable will be followed with slightly reduced timings, revision tests will be taken as per the schedule.

Alhamadolillah, we have produced 100% result in Matriculation this year again. All our students have got A+ except one A only. Our student Rubab Sarwar has got 1038/1100 and topped in the school. Congratulations to students, their parents and the teachers. Very well done.

Alhamdolillha our Matric result is once again 100%. Our student Muhammad Waseem Javed has secured 1046 (95%) and stood 1st in school. All our students got A+ and As except just one B grade. Congratulations to all students, their parents and the teachers. Job well done, Bravo.
