Career Talk Series: Careers in IT Industry

November 26, 2025: CCJP organized an engaging Career Talk featuring Ms. Faiza Aslam, a Staff Automation Engineer at 10Pearls. She shared her journey in the IT field and spoke honestly about what it takes to succeed today—strong basics, curiosity, and continuous learning.

Faiza introduced students to the world of automation engineering, explaining how testing, scripting, and modern tools shape today’s software industry. She also gave practical advice on building skills, choosing the right career path, and preparing for internships and job opportunities.

The session ended with an interactive Q&A where students asked about certifications, emerging tech, and how to start their careers. Her open and friendly guidance made the talk both inspiring and easy to relate to.

Ms. Rida Sohail, Manager CCJP thanked Ms. Faiza Aslam for motivating students and helping them see the many exciting possibilities in the IT industry.
