Exams don’t define your child. Your pressure might break them.
Every year, exam pressure pushes kids into anxiety, depression, and sometimes worse.
Good grades matter. But not more than their mental health. Not more than their life.
Stop comparing. Stop threatening. Stop making them feel like love is conditional on marks.
Let them study. Let them try. Let them fail.
And most importantly, let them fly at their own pace.
A happy, alive child is always better than a topper who’s drowning inside.
If you see your child shutting down, crying daily, or talking about not wanting to live — talk to them. Listen. Get professional help. You’re not alone, and they don’t have to face this alone.
